Skywatch Lodge by Vail Butler - Ski In/Ski Out Beaver Creek, Hot Tub

Immerse yourself in nature at this one-of-a-kind ski-in/ski-out property in the exclusive Bachelor Gulch neighborhood of Beaver Creek. Seemingly endless mountain views greet guests from every window of the home.

In the winter, guests ski directly from the back door on to the beginner run “Evercrisp”. From here, they can reach all areas of Beaver Creek Resort. In the warmer months, guests enjoy ample outdoor living space as well as a variety of hiking trails and outdoor activities right from the backyard.

Skywatch Lodge offers an open floor plan with seamless outdoor and indoor living spaces. Guests love the fully equipped kitchen, private deck with grill, and hot tub overlooking the mountains. Between these amenities and the two living areas with fireplaces, there are plenty of cozy spaces for friends and family to gather.

This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 guests. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, complete with a king bed, en suite bathroom with dual vanity, tub, and shower. On the top floor are two additional bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. Each bedroom is spacious with an additional seating area and closets.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. This floor also features a great game and movie room equipped with a pool table and kitchenette, plus access to the hot tub and ski run.

An office area and cozy living room are new additions to the home. These spaces provide an ideal setting for those interested in working from home.

For travelers with small children, Skywatch Lodge offers complimentary baby equipment including a SNOO (smart sleeper bassinet), pack-n-play, cribs, and more. Please inquire in advance.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
