Independent apartment in winemaker's house Poussan

Welcome to Poussan, 5 minutes from Bouzigues and its oysters and 15 minutes from Sète and 30 minutes from Marseillan and Agde. Between sea and Poussan pond has all the amenities. From many hikes, you can enjoy bike, kayak or paddleboard rides that we can make available to you. Enjoy our regional cuisine: Eight, Brasucade, cuttlefish, etc ...or plancha fish from the famous Sète halls to visit absolutely.
The space
A peaceful haven that invites you to an experience of absolute relaxation. Nestled in the heart of a charming winemaker's house, our independent apartment offers you a peaceful and comfortable setting for your stay. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one with
mezzanine (office area) and a single bed suitable for a teenager.
Our house is upstairs but we have installed a break to preserve the privacy of the guests.
After a day of exploring the beautiful area, you can cool off in the pool or relax in our spa
private, where you can treat yourself to a break from well-being and relaxation.Winter
you can take advantage of the sauna. The pool is available all year round but
it's unheated. However, this is much appreciated after a warm sauna session.
The house is not suitable for children under 10.
Guest access
The apartment is on the directly accessible garden floor on the ground floor. You have free access to the pool, hot tub and sauna. we stay upstairs. However, the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are common. We don't use them when you're there.
There is also the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room which is a common area.
Other things to note
We can make available an inflatable Kayak, an inflatable paddle board and two bikes.
Household expenses include a portion of the additional EDF cost related to the use of the spa and sauna.
