Welcome to “Blue Turtle-Escape,” your perfect home away from home in Punta Gorda, Florida. We are Shelly Erving and Tony Schwartz, and we are thrilled to share our dream home with you. Our love for this area inspired us to create a luxurious retreat, and we hope you enjoy every moment of your stay.



Experience the charm of Punta Gorda while enjoying the comforts of an “Executive Level” home. Our property is designed with top-of-the-line finishes and amenities, ensuring a memorable stay.

- Pool heating fee of $125.00 charged after reservation confirmation.

- Safely insurance coverage of $45 included in your total cost.

- Spacious living areas with new leather couches and a 70” TV.

- Large “Salt-Water” pool and built-in hot tub with sitting areas.

- Covered Lanai with adjustable lights and ceiling fans.

- Private dock for boat tie-up.

- 2-car garage with space for 1 car and 3 bikes for local exploration.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

- Master Bedroom with walkout to the Lanai/Pool area and a beautiful canal view.

- ¾ bath with granite counters, double sink, and walk-in tile shower.

- Additional bedrooms with new beds, beautiful furniture, and 50” TVs.

- Den/Office with a pullout queen-size couch for extra guests.

- Close to world-class fishing and water sports right at your doorstep.

- Ponce De Leon Park is a 10-minute walk away, featuring the “Peace River Wildlife Center.”

Whether you're looking for days sailing on the water, casting a fishing line, or lounging on a nearby sandy beach, this Punta Gorda home has it all! The 4-bedroom, 2-bath Executive Level vacation rental promises a taste of life in the Sunshine State.

Every upgrade you can imagine this home is “Like New” and promises to impress. Updated at every level including the kitchen with granite counters, upper end stainless appliances, breakfast bar, dining table and a walkout to the large lanai and pool area, all overlooking a large family/gathering room with 70” Smart TV, new leather couches and top of the line custom finishes.

On the other side of the house is another large living room area with new leather furniture, another 70” Smart TV and walkout to the large lanai and pool area.

The master bedroom is huge with a new King Bed, 70” Smart TV, large walk-in closet and another walkout to the lanai/pool area. The master bath boasts a granite double vanity sink, large glass walk-in shower and a huge window overlooking a private garden.

The 2nd bedroom also has top quality finishes, a new king bed, a walkout to the lanai/pool area, a 55” Smart TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 also has a new King bed, 55” Smart TV and walk-in closet.

There is also a den with a pullout queen bed.

Last but not least is an amazing huge stone and screened in Lanai/Pool area with 3 separate “under roof” sitting areas with lights and ceiling fans, a large Saltwater Pool and Hot tub and large gas grill.

From there you go out to your own private dock that is a 7-minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor and access to some of the best fishing, beaches, restaurants and bars around.

We have peddle bikes to ride anywhere you want to go including the Historic Downtown District or Ponce De Leon Park/beach which is about a 15 minute walk from the house.

Of course, there is also all the amazing things to do in Punta Gorda. There is some of the best dining options in all of Florida, only 2 miles from the house is Fisherman’s Village which offers amazing shopping, dining, boat rentals, tours and so much more. There is some of the best fishing in Florida and plenty of beautiful golf courses for your enjoyment.

This is our personal home, and we can assure you that it is truly an Executive Level Experience, and you will not be disappointed. We are providing you with a beautiful home with top-of-the-line amenities and know you will enjoy and respect this property and want to come back again and again.
