Welcome to Barefeet Retreat @ Long Beach Resort, imagine beginning your long-awaited, well-deserved vacation by walking into this beautiful unit at Long Beach! You may never want to leave! Enjoy this spacious condominium with its floor to ceiling gulf views from every room or step out onto your huge private balcony to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach! This condo sleeps 9 people max. We include children of all ages as well. No more than 9 heartbeats total allowed in the unit. This is strictly enforced.
This Condominium is upscale living at its best, with a king-size bed in the master, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, and another king bed and twin bed in the third suite. All bedrooms have premium mattresses. There are TVs in all bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals in the unit, and the dining room has plenty of seating with three additional chairs at the breakfast bar! All bedrooms have a full private bath, with double vanity sinks. The deck has a full-size table with seating for 6 people and two loungers for enjoying those sunrise and sunsets from your balcony.
Long Beach is ideally located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is across the street!). There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with islands and waterfalls, two Polynesian pools (one is seasonally heated), whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill (seasonal), onsite jet ski/umbrella chair rental, and 24-hour security with gated access and plenty of parking.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No more than 3 vehicles are allowed for this condo. No exceptions. 3 parking passes are included in the booking total.
9 wristbands are supplied for guests and left inside the unit. Any that are damaged or missing during inspection guests will be charged to replace them.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 9 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
This condo is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the condo you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.
If you stain towels or linens, you will be charged replacement of each piece. If any linen is stained, it must be removed from our inventory & must be replaced.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
The Rental Guardian Damage waiver included in the booking total only covers accidental damages. This insurance does not cover linen.
Example: comforters, encasements, mattress pads, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, & kitchen towels are not covered under the Rental Guardian Damage protection. If a guest damages any linen the guest will be charged & is responsible for covering the charge for each item that is damaged, stained, or missing.

Key points to understand:
· The work scope will include:
Repair concrete columns, balcony slabs, and hallway walkways.
Repair to stucco including mortar repair, sealing, and painting.
· Minimal disruption:
Although our contractor is committed to minimizing disruptions to your daily life by adhering to designated work hours, and maintaining clean work areas, our resort will be considered a major construction site.
· Access management:
Access to your condo and the beach will be maintained throughout the project, with clear signage and communication regarding any temporary alterations to entry points.
If we include resealing the walkways there will be a short time when you will NOT be able to access your condo.
Access to your balcony will be restricted when work is being performed in that area.
Pools will be off-limits for most of the construction time.
· Noise considerations:
While we cannot eliminate construction noise, we will take measures to mitigate it as much as possible.
When the contractor is jackhammering on the concrete you should expect it to be very noisy."
