CLÔTURE DE SÉCURITÉ PISCINE !!!! - La loi de la Floride exige que les portes menant à la piscine aient une alarme. CE N'EST PAS SUFFISANT!. Si vous voyagez avec des enfants, assurez-vous que la maison que vous louez dispose d'une clôture de sécurité pour la piscine.

Cette belle maison est bien située, à proximité de toutes les principales attractions et commodités, et à seulement quelques minutes de Disney! Profitez de la journée au parc et rentrez chez vous pour vous rafraîchir dans notre belle piscine chauffée. Le centre de divertissement dans le salon est équipé de la télévision par câble, DVD, magnétoscope. Profitez de tous vos repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée et dans l'élégante salle à manger. Deux chambres principales, une avec un élégant lit king-size et l'autre avec un lit queen-size, dressing et télévision par câble. Les troisième et quatrième chambres ont deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont leurs propres téléviseurs pour satisfaire tout le monde. Salle de jeux remplie de plaisir avec table de billard, ping-pong, baby-foot .. et plus encore. Les autres commodités comprennent une laveuse, une sécheuse, une planche et un fer à repasser. Berceau et chaise haute sont également disponibles. Toutes les serviettes et les draps sont inclus et tous les appels téléphoniques locaux et longue distance (aux États-Unis) sont gratuits. Nous avons même des jouets pour les enfants Cette maison a tout!

Pour les personnes âgées, l'une des salles de bains de la maison est dotée de barres de sécurité pour les toilettes qui peuvent facilement être fixées aux toilettes. Nous avons également une chaise de douche à disposition.

PISCINE PRIVÉE: Notre villa dispose d'une piscine privée avec l'avantage supplémentaire d'une clôture privée pour la baignade isolée. Idéal pour les familles qui ont besoin d'une piscine entièrement privée (clôturée de tous côtés sans maison sur 2 niveaux avec vue). Il y a aussi une véranda couverte et des meubles de piscine confortables.

EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT: Un excellent emplacement, cette villa est à 10 à 15 minutes en voiture de la magie des attractions Disney. Il est également à seulement 1,6 km de la RT192 où vous trouverez des restaurants et de nombreuses petites attractions d'Orlando (vieille ville, promenades en hélicoptère, marché intérieur Flee, Super Wal-Mart, navigation de plaisance, golf miniature, restaurants ...).

Called about broken disposal when we got there they said we are busy this time of yearThen sink was backed up they came out and fixed Master shower handle stopped working on 3rd day out of 7 Said they would fix it after we checked You can use the other 2 bathrooms was the comment Dirty outdated house Ants everywhere. Close to Disney

This house my wife and I rented was very close to Disney and Walmart is only a mile and a half away great for getting those basic needs staying in a home. The area I mostly very quiet,but the home is in great need on some tlc.

Fantastic private pool house

Great location, a quiet neighborhood, a private pool- those all 3 key elements let us to have one of the best vacations ever! The house had everything we needed, only a stove could be updated but we managed to use it. You can’t beat the location and privacy. Overall, it’s a fantastic house and place for your family Florida vacation. Thank you so much, Mr Rubin, for letting us to stay and enjoy your house, we hope to book it again!

Little warm and Poor TV

The location is great for all attractions. The neighborhood seemed safe. Appears to be a working class neighborhood. All the homes have a screened in Pool and it’s literally only about 5 feet between where 4 different pools meet. The two main complaints that will keep us from going back to this place is, they have the A/C thermostat programmed to where you CANNOT turn it below 73 degrees. So you must run all ceiling fans on high to avoid sweating. We keep our a/c at home on 68. And I have dry eyes so this was awful. The second thing was the channel selections on the tv were poor and the internet was too slow most of the time to be able do streaming.

Thank you for your feedback on our house. I wish you would have reached out to us or our management company about the TV issues you had. All 5 TVs are smart TVs which work well regularly. Sorry for the trouble. Florida is very hot in the summer. Most homes have to set lower limits on the AC so that the system doesn't freeze at which point the AC would not work. On a 100 degree day, keeping the house at 73 degrees is the best it can do. All houses in Florida have other pools around them. We are a corner lot so we do have the one side with palm trees and an orange tree. I am happy you enjoyed everything else. Sorry to hear that you will not be coming back again.

Not exactly as described, and dirty

The house was close to the attractions and we enjoyed the pool. However, the description states there are 2 king sized beds, which was NOT true. There was 1 king sized bed and 1 queen sized bed. They also stated there would be a cell phone for usage. There was no cell phone. There was also no power cord for the Play Station 2, so my kids never got a chance to use it. They stated there would be toys for the kids. There were no toys, only a few baby toys. My kids ranged in ages from 1 to 6, and there was nothing for them to play with. There were no darts for the dart board, the high chair was dirty with food stuck on it, and some of the baking pans were also dirty. We found clumps of hair on the patio next to the pool...how disgusting! There was also a kiddie pool in the picture, but when we arrived, there was no kiddie pool for our young ones. When I tried to unrope the curtain in our room, the hook fell out. I could only laugh. The house looked nice at first glance, but when you started to live in it, it became clear it was not well made or maintained. We had to buy our own hand soap, detergent and garbage bags. The landscaping was horrendous, with weeds sticking out of the walkway. Overall I was quite disappointed with my experience. The only decent part of the house was the close proximity to the attractions and the pool.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your 3 day stay in our house. I spoke with our management company about the cleanliness and they told me that you saw them while they were there for their weekly pool maintenance and you did not mention any issues? I spoke with the family that stayed the week before you and the week after you and they both had a wonderful time without any complaints (and they will both be leaving feedback shortly). I am not sure why you are trying to slander our home. This is our vacation home and we take pride in it. The pictures on our listing are the true pictures of our home (it is true that the kiddy pool is no longer their, we have to update this picture). A cell phone is available upon request.

Nice house/ quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed the amenities….the pool and closeness to the Disney parks. Walmart bro g around the corner made it easy to by food for stay in meals. The house does need a few upgrades (ie better working stove and new cookware) more towels and wash clothes, also. It was hard to get the inside temperature to stay at a comfortable temp, it got a bit too warm a few times. The pool lights weren’t working, so we had to improvise to swim after dark. Once we figured out the tv, we were able to watch what we wanted. But all in all we had a good time.

Great Family holiday vacation

Beautiful home throughout! As a GKTW alumni family, location was great as it was right across the street from there. Communication with the owner was great! Had a great time spending the thanksgiving holiday here. Only complaint would be wish pool heat was a little more warmer as pool was a bit cold in the evenings even with the pool cover on during the day, however still didn’t stop everyone from enjoying! Thank you for the opportunity! Definitely recommend & will return in the future!

Great vacation

Our family had a blast here the kids loved the pool, it was close to everything, disney was a little over 20 mins away. The only thing was one of the master bathrooms was not very clean we had to clean it ourselves. But over all it was great, we would definitely rent this vacation home again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Loved it

Loved the house but it could use a bit of updating: on 3 of the windows, the blinds were in rough condition, bottom cabinets in kitchen could use paint touch up, dust balls under the beds. We had found small pieces of broken glass on the patio, management cleaned up best they could but we still found more glass shreds. Overall the location was great for Disney, loved the house setup.

If you are looking for a clean place which I consider is a minimum when you pay for a rental, then this house is not what you should choose. Overall, the house is not clean, there was old food stuck under the table top, spilled soda in the game room, dust around every walls, breadcrums on the countertops, I had a look under the sofa to grab something that had fallen and I don't think it had been vaccumed for months. Outsider we found bundles of hair around the pool, the pool chairs are so old and dirty we did not even want to seat on them. The best of it all was that we found a vomit (yes the whole thing) under one of the kid's bed and against the mattress on our third day. Called the property maintenance company which reacted very fast, but we had to insist to have all the sheets changed. Wrote to the owner about it and did not seamed very worried about it, he said sorry we missed it!!! and he also told us we should have mentioned it earlier! Well sorry but I don't usually check under each bed and wall when I arrive in a new house. On top of that, he told us that when people like us make comments on the house it's because we were trying to get our money back. Sorry, but we had our reasons for not being very happy. Finding a vomit is inacceptable !!!! Worst rental ever

This feedback is very upsetting to me as she was just out to blackmail us. This was the email we received on the last day of her stay: " I would expect a gesture from your part to compensate the inconvenience if you don't want to have bad comments on your website". As soon as she said there was an issue (on the last day of her stay) I had the management company go out and take a look. The management company, which is a family run business, was very upset at how she was accusing them of dirty sheets on one of the children's beds as being there from before when they knew that it wasn't. There was really nothing to do to make her happy. I have been renting my vacation home for many years and as soon as I saw the way she worded the email to me I knew all she was out for was money back and that she was going to leave feedback like this. We also have had the same mangement company for many years (as do many other houses in the area) and they are excellent at what they do. Please disregard this feedback as it is simply not true.

TLC Wanted

The location was great but the house needs some TLC. Upon arrival we went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies so we could clean under the sink and inside the cupboards. We cleaned all the dishes and pots and pans after finding dried food still on some plates, there was dried milk still in a glass and two frying pans had food still inside of them, one being a fried egg and not sure what the other was. After finding a clump of hair in the master shower I cleaned the master bath from top to bottom. After coming across these things I did a thorough check through the entire house and my advice to this owner is the house needs a good cleaning and some paint to freshen up the place and he should be checking on the property periodically to be sure he is getting the service he is paying for. If the house is given some TLC and the attention I noted above this would be a great vacation rental.

I am sorry that some of the kitchen items were not properly cleaned before your arrival. We will speak with the management company about this. What probably happened is the previous rental must have put them back in the cabinets still dirty. It is upsetting to us when these things happen. The entire interior of the house was painted in May of last year (2017). We try to do a few upgrades every year. Other upgrades in 2017 include a new 55 inch TV in the living room, a pool safety fence and a foosball table. We hope to host you again in the future.

Great Location!

Good house with plenty of space for a large family. It's an older home and I did have to call the property managers office but they came out immediately and addressed the issue. The pool table in the game room was coming apart a bit but we had fun all in all. The private pool was amazing to have. LOCATION WAS EVERYTHING! Centrally located to all Orlando theme parks (no more than 30 minutes) and Orlando International Airport. We had a wonderful stay here! Thanks!

Convenient location, could use a little work

Overall, not a bad property. Pool was good and location was very convenient to Disney properties. Maintenance badly needed on items in game room. Ping pong table not usable and table football held together with duct tape. Be prepared to purchase incidentals like paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. Some lamps were missing light bulbs. TVs were quite dated, with the only flat screen being the one in the master bedroom. Issues with wifi which were resolved after contacting owner and advising to reset box (in spite of signage in house warning against ever doing that). All could be forgiven if it wasn't for the thermostat which resets six times a day to 78 degrees. It was an uncomfortable first night until that was figured out, and a heads up on it would have been appreciated. Not a bad property, but it could use a little freshening up and it would be a great one.

Thank you for your feedback. The game room equipment specifically the ping pong table was damaged by someone that stayed in the house right before you. We were made aware of it and fixed it. The wireless router had to be unplugged for a minute to reset it. When it says not to reset the router that means to not press the reset button which would do more than a simple power down. The thermostat does reset to preset temperatures 3 times a day. Many rental home owners in Orlando have this in place so that we can keep rental costs down for our guests. Without that, many times families go out to the park for the day and leave the AC set to 68 degrees which translates into higher costs for the owner which would cause an increase in price for the rental. If you are in the house when the thermostat resets to a higher temperature you simply press the down button on the thermostat to set it to your desired temperature. Again thank you for your valuable feedback. It helps to share details with future guests. We hope to host you again on a future trip to Orlando.

A great trip!

The house is well situated close to may restaurants and conveniences, spacious, and comfortably appointed. You are far enough off the main road that the evenings are nice and quiet, but close enough to get to the interstate and shops very quickly. Everyone in my party agreed the beds were very comfortable, the linens were clean, and the sitting room is very cozy as well. Older tvs and electronics, but we were there to enjoy the sites and sounds of Orlando - so everything was very adequate for our use. The wifi worked great. Instructions left by the property management made everything easy to operate. My sisters enjoyed the pool and we were all able to enjoy meals as a family thanks to the generous seating in the dining and kitchen areas. The property is older, but well maintained. The plumbing was a little tricky, but that is more the county/ municipality issue (pressure, etc.) than anything the homeowner could have controlled. Nothing was out of order while we were there. The homeowner was very responsive to all my questions and made the experience easy to plan. We would gladly stay here again.

We live in Baltimore, Maryland. Our family found Orlando to be a great place to vacation for the whole family. We had been making the yearly trip for a few years when we decided to look into purchasing a place of our own. In 2009 when housing prices came down we decided that it was a good time to purchase and it is one of the best decisions we have made. We enjoy using it for our vacations as well as giving other people the opportunity to have an amazing vacation of their own.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When looking for our house, we did not only consider distance to the large attractions rather we also wanted it to be convenient for shopping and smaller attractions. Our house is located in a nice quite community which is less than 2 miles from a super Walmart, restaurants and many other smaller Orlando attractions. When we saw this house, we loved the house and we loved the location.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The benefits to staying in a private home are endless, not to mention the private pool after a long day at the parks. A vacation should be a vacation for the entire family. When trying to vacation with the family in a hotel, we found that it is cramped in 2 hotel rooms when you are accustomed to a house. There is nothing like having that space on vacation.
