Perfect set up for our family get together in the area. Very clean and spacious. Our host was very accommodating and always very friendly when we reached out with questions. Great location for Husker football.

It was in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. But was very disappointed when we thought we would grill supper and the grill was unusable! Half the grill grates were missing and it was really dirty.

Fantastic Vrbo! Plenty of room for everyone. The set up in the garage is ideal for games, movie night or a pizza party. Price was affordable. We saw deer, rabbits, birds and coyote every night. We would stay again. Thanks!

Overall a great stay!

This is a lovely home in a great neighborhood. The lake is gorgeous and I wish we had more time to have taken advantage of the walking paths and natural areas. We felt very comfortable here. The house is fairly new (including all of the kitchen appliances) and in great shape. The oven especially rocks - I cooked TG dinner for 10 people and it handled everything. Our dog appreciated the backyard. We had a couple glitches (front door lock not working/dishwasher issues) but Jordan was easy to reach and we worked through them. I would recommend this home as a great place to stay for a family and/or to host guests. In warmer weather, the garage set up would make for an awesome party!

Great stay

The cleaners unfortunately never showed up prior to us checking in and the owner was responsive and accommodating, he refunded everything minus VRBO cut. The house was great. We would definitely stay there again. My daughter brought her dog and there was a fenced in backyard for him to run around in. Close to downtown and the stadium.

Quiet Retreat in the Heart of Lincoln

We had an incredibly relaxing stay, just minutes from downtown Lincoln. Our chocolate lab loved the fenced in back yard.

Great place for our family of 4 and our dogs.

Overall, the accommodations were great, the beds were comfortable, and we'd definitely stay here again. This was a great place for our family of four and our pets. Capital View Place was our basecamp for a long weekend of shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs. There are plenty of trails and sidewalks for walking around the Capital Beach neighborhood, and it's only a short drive to downtown Lincoln. It's not the easiest place to give friends directions too. Using a mapping app is almost a must, if you're not familiar with the neighborhood. But this is definitely not a showstopper since almost everybody has a smartphone with mapping capabilities these days.

In Lincoln for UNL Spring Game

It was perfect! We were in town from Texas for the UNL football Spring Game. Beds were very comfortable- and close to the stadium. Loved that we could bring our pup. Beautiful and clean home.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean, nicely decorated little house west of the Haymarket. Great location - you probably wouldn’t want to walk to campus or the Haymarket from here, but it’s a quick, easy drive. I would definitely recommend recommend!

Thanksgiving weekend

Excellent property. Great house with lots of room for everyone including our pet. Would have been nice if there had been an option for local television instead of just the pay apps on the TVs. Because it was difficult to watch the Cornhusker game on tv as well as local news. But we made it work.

The house was very clean and perfect. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent this property next year for our annual Nebraska game get together.

Great gathering place

We came to Lincoln to celebrate my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. After the anniversary party, people were invited to their house for another get together, but the " younger" family members decided to get together at our VRBO. The garage is a great place for people to hang out and just catch up as most of the cousins hadn't seen each other in a while. The fenced backyard is fantastic especially if you have dogs and our dogs absolutely loved going out there. It was like they were still at home. Would definitely recommend.

Air show

Here for show, great proximity to airport. Everything was as it looks in pics with exception of back yard. Grass was cut in the front, but not in the back for probably several weeks. So was uncomfortable to play games and for our smaller pups to navigate although fencing was fine. We used the front for games and hope we didn't disturb neighbors. House is very clean and nice bedding and towels. I am short and could have used a stool to get in the bed in the master, however, the mattresses are very comfortable. Everyone remarked on that. Garage has a great area for partying and with large TV. Unfortunely for us the area was not airconditioned and we were having a unusual bout of heat to 100's so didn't really use much. I had messaged the owner on VRBO app couple days prior regarding possible early check in, but never received a reply so we made do. Overall would recommend.
