House is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood which bumps up to the golf course. Very comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen has best stocked kitchen that weâve ever had from a rental!
Check in was easy with the keypad. Great communication with owner. House was super clean and cute! Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We forgot to bring games and were very excited to find some in the cabinet! We are hoping to stay here again!
Iâve stayed here multiple times and I keep coming back. It is well-furnished and equipped, clean, good location, nice backyard. Very responsive owner and a nice living room with huge TV.
The house was very clean! It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs and very helpful. Thank you! Highly recommended!
House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Everything youâd want in a quick stay in Lincoln. Jace communicated well and we had no issues. Would highly recommend
The neighborhood is very nice and feels safe. Many food and shopping options in close proximity. Easy to get around town from the location. The house is setup up great. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and the rooms were good sized and dark for sleeping. Property on the golf course made it seem even more luxurious. Quality TVs in every room. I highly recommend!
This is the perfect home to rent for a weekend. The neighborhood is very nice, the home is perfect for two couples (or a family of 4-5), and the accommodations are more than adequate! It is about a 10 minute drive to the Hay Market area. The owner is extremely prompt in responding to e-mails and very easy/nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend this home rental!
Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. There was one odd thing that we noticed. There was a couple that parked in front of the house and right in front of a fire hydrant. They walked down the road and came back, all while staring extremely hard. Kind of an awkward situation. Otherwise it was very nice stay!
We have now stayed in the lovely little bungalow in Lincoln several times. Each time is a pleasure -- neat as a pin and well-stocked. Jace is always wonderful to deal with and has great communication skills. We are looking forward to our next visit! Thanks, Jace. P.S. -- Lincoln is a town with all sorts of surprises and keeps growing on us. Each time we enjoy it more than the last.
My family stayed in Jace's property for almost 6 days. It was just what we needed - very comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry - all well stocked with the stuff that one typically has at home, but really misses in the hotel. We had no problem with cooking and packing lunch - it had enough pots and pans, dishes, spices, and even plastic wraps and sandwich bags. I told Jace and we will be bringing small kids and he got kid-friendly dishes and silverware. It was also a nice surprise for my kids (as well as a relieve for us) to discover some toys. The only thing that it was missing - was a step stool, so I am glad I brought one with me. Overall I was blown away by the amenities (it even had Kitchenaid stand mixer should we wanted to bake).
The neighborhood is very charming and quiet. We spent a lot of time in the backyard which has a set of furniture and a grill (we did not try it). It has an open concept living room - kitchen area which was nice for the kids and when we had our friends over. Two bedrooms are of decent size with large walk-in closets and plenty of natural light. Jace is a very responsive host, he was replying to my many messages right away, which was very comforting.
I highly recommend the property and we will stay there again should we travel to Lincoln as a family.
The house worked for what we needed - a base to stay. I was concerned about all the food left in the refrigerator and cupboards. I cleaned out the refrigerator and only used the dishes - no cupboard space as there was open flour, oil, sugar, etc. I could not get the coffee maker to work - Jace came over and cleaned it but that did not solve the problem and we didnât have time to mess with it. The house had plenty of sheets and towels and a great washer and dryer. The shower in the second bedroom was terrific - the one in the master needs some work on the plumbing and is a bit difficult to get into and out of. The closets need some work. Extra pieces of the hanging units are laying around all over. But we really loved the drawer units in the master closet. Several light sockets and outlets were missing cover plates. The kitchen floor has been gouged leaving holes in the linoleum. There was cotton based materials coming off the roof. The backyard was fabulous and we enjoyed watching the golfers (the fox was fun as well). All the things I mentioned could be fixed with very little effort. So all in all, it was an OK experience.
The location of this home, backing up to the Country Club of Lincoln golf course makes it unusually serene and private with fantastic vista's. The backyard patio views in this historic neighborhood are open and unobstructed, with significant views from the home.
Open floor plan and modern living make this very suitable for a relaxing stay just minutes from most of Lincolns' finest attractions, the University of Nebraska campus, Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Area, The Haymarket and Downtown restaurants.
