It sounds like you and your family had a wonderful time at the beach, which is what we love to hear. We were very concerned to read about the odor you experienced in the living room. We truly wish you had brought this to our attention during your stay so that we could have investigated the issue and worked to resolve it while you were here. We take any concern regarding cleanliness or odors very seriously. As soon as we received your review, we immediately inspected the condo, but we were unable to replicate the smell you described. Nonetheless, we wanted to be proactive and, out of an abundance of caution, had our housekeeper shampoo the carpets and upholstery. We want every one of our homes to be immaculate, fresh, and welcoming for every guest. We also understand that knowing a property is pet-friendly is an important consideration for some guests, and we’re sorry this affected your experience. We appreciate your positive comments and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.
