Talk about a fantastic mountain getaway! Views overlooking the Blue River and the proximity to Quicksilver Lift at the Peak 9 base couldn’t be better. It’s also just a short walk to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street, and guests enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. This is a place everyone in your group will love!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a fantastic mountain getaway for families or groups of up to five people. The remodeled interior with dark cherry wood is clean, luxurious and inviting! The spacious living area is outfitted perfectly with plenty of seating and a huge flat-screen TV and gas fireplace creating a cozy, laid-back ambiance. You can relax in the comfy chair next to the gas fireplace and enjoy the stunning views overlooking the heavily wooded Blue River that flows beyond the big bay window. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has everything you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, and there’s seating for six at the dining table and three more at the breakfast bar. Soak in the stream views from the deck or take the short walk to Main Street to enjoy great shopping and dining.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, garage parking for one car and additional lot parking for another car. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. It was really clean and it was in a great area. Not too busy but easy to walk to the downtown area. Our only complaints were the lack of hand soap and no fan in the bedroom. In the summer it can get stuffy and the bedroom window opens up to the public walkway so it doesn’t feel safe to sleep with the window open.

Excellent location

Great condo just a 5 minute walk to the peak 9 ski lift. Very clean and had everything for my family to enjoy our week in Breck. The underground parking was nice to have as it snowed every day we were there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of our experience with Summit Rentals was how effortless they made communication. Any questions or concerns could be handled by text, and every message (before, during, and after our stay) received a PROMPT, courteous response. For example, when I noticed our condo did not have an iron, I sent a quick text. One was delivered within an hour. That level of responsiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. While Powderhorn Rapids may be considered an older property, our unit was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with plenty of linens and toiletries. My family and I loved the location. It was peacefully tucked away in the woods along the Blue River, yet just a three-minute walk to Main Street Station on the south end of town. Once we parked our car in the underground parking, there was no need to drive around Breckenridge. Historic Main Street—with its eight walkable blocks filled with more than 200 shops, restaurants, and attractions—was just a short stroll away. We also loved having easy access to several hiking trails just minutes from our door. It was the perfect combination of peaceful surroundings, outdoor adventure, and convenient access to downtown. We highly recommend booking through Summit Rentals for your stay in beautiful Breckenridge!

This condo was in a great location! It is also close to parking which made getting in and out very easy. The condo, itself, was a cozy place to come back to and hang out. There is a beautiful view from the large living room window!

Great location

This property was close to lifts and town. Everything was within walking distance (and we have a 9 and 7 y/o). Well equipped rental with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable for a family of four.

Amazing location for family ski trip

Great location - A short walk to peak 9 and quicksilver lift, which was perfect for beginner/intermediate family members (and without the crowds of peak 8). Heat worked well (so well, we had to open windows on occasion). Really loved the condo and will rent again!

The property was great for our group of four (two teens and two adults). It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. It was a very convenient location, and most everything was within a five/ten-minute walk (town, Quicksilver) or drive (gondola, base of 7, 8).

Great Location!

Great property! It was an easy walk from the condo to the lift at Peak 9 and also into town a check out the shops and restaurants on main street. We always had a parking spot and there are no stairs to climb to enter the condo. Very clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!
