Evergreen R&R is the perfect little getaway. This cozy 1 bed, 1 bath studio vacation is located in Timber Creek Trails. You are close, with a little distance, to all the new exciting things Hochatown has to offer.

Evergreen R&R features a small appliance stocked kitchen with all the things you would need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in, including your very own wine cooler. Stainless steel appliances throughout plus a washer and dryer to use during your stay. Cathedral ceilings give you a grand, luxurious feel as you enter. Enjoy your stay on the sofa in front of a gas burning fireplace, watching TV or cozied up on the back patio.

The full bath includes a doubles sink vanity, a large walk-in tiled shower with dual rain shower heads and soaking tub placed perfectly in front of the second gas fireplace and a TV overhead.

Walking out onto the back deck you are greeted with another fireplace, a gas cook grill, and a hot tub. Down below the deck, enjoy a fire and some smores around the fire pit.

Evergreen R&R has a deck on 3 of the 4 cabin sides giving you all the beautiful views of Hochatown. Whether you are honeymooners looking for a romantic getaway, couples looking for a new adventure or a retired couple looking for somewhere to get cozy and relax, Evergreen R&R would certainly love to have you.

Check in was easy with clear communication from our host, very short check out list, love the layout of the cabin, plenty of space for 2, would like to have more lighting outside on the back porch and around the fire pit area, but overall very relaxing and quiet stay, highly recommend

Great 25th Anniversary Stay

A Quiet Oasis!

Absolutely loved everything about this property; from the deck and the hot tub, the massive walk in shower, or great kitchen! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing trip to Broken Bow

Our trip to Broken Bow was amazing thanks to Alex and her family for allowing us to stay in her beautiful cabin! It was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody who is looking for a peaceful getaway! The check in process was very easy and Alex was just a phone call away if we needed her. Thanks for having us!

This was AMAZING! Superbly clean and well stocked. (They even had a s'mores station!) They went above and beyond with the small touches they provided. The bed and couch were very comfortable, and I cooked several meals there and they had everything you'd need. The soaking tub and hot tub were lovely, and the Christmas tree and home being lit on our arrival was an especially welcoming touch. Best location we've stayed at in the area so far!

Relaxing and Refreshing

My husband booked this cabin to escape responsibilities and our precious kiddos. We had a fantastic time! The cabin had everything we could have imagined. The bathtub was a dream. We will be returning.

Cuidan muy bien los detalles, muy espacioso y cómodo. Todo muy bonito. Lo que no me gustó es que las toallas huelen feo, las lave en el área de lavado y el olor persistió. En mi opinión necesitan toallas nuevas porque te queda el olor de humedad en el cuerpo. En el exterior en la parte trasera les faltan luces en el área de la fogosa, está muy oscuro.

March 2022

My girlfriend and I took a long weekend trip to Hochatown and the town was great, the lake was beautiful, and the cabin was perfect. Our host had the place spotless, the check in/ check out process was convenient, and the cabin was clean and well stocked. We would recommend this cabin and will be coming back for another visit.

No Empathy from the owner

On arrival, only 1 of 4 TVs would perform. No curtain on front door. We had no hot water for the whole stay. Owner was only worried about next day occupancy. Would never stay here again.

Karl, I would like to start off by apologizing again for no hot water. But please do not come on my review page & post something staying I have no empathy & list numerous items wrong with your stay because that’s very far from the truth. Please let me explain your stay - You & your guest that checked in were a one night stay which we do not typically allow, that was pre approved. You also decided that you did not need to follow house rules & checked yourself into my property nearly 1 hour early. In which I did not say, one thing about. Your girlfriend emailed me at 726 & you called me very upset over not understanding how to work my TVs at 727pm, one minute later. After not being able to assist you over the phone, I sent someone who lives 30 minutes away to help you guys. He was there for 10 minutes helping you guys get situated, so my TVs do in fact, work. We have updated things since our purchase, so yes we do not have a curtain on the front door. As some other items have changed around the cabin. You text me around 1030 that night & called me 5 minutes later regarding hot water. After speaking with you & explaining that time of night I was unable to get someone out so late, BUT I would be happy so send someone bright & early to get it fixed, you refused my help but requested a late check out... Unfortunately I could not grant this because we did need to get someone there to see what happened to the hot water tank & prepare for my weekend guest. But I would like to give an update - I did get someone out. My tankless hot water tank was fine & we did have propane. It was turned off when he went in the cabin to fix it. It is located to the left of the shower on the wall. Most likely it was touched during the stay. So again, I’m VERY sorry you feel so terribly about your stay. But I did in fact go out of my way for you, as I do for all my guests. I’ve never had one single bad review on any platform. I spoke with you until past 11 o’clock & after refusing help I can no longer do anything else. Thank you Karl.

Best Anniversary Trip Ever.

This was our first time going to Broken Bowand getting a cabin. This was the best cabin out there. Our host was the best. She even left us rose petals on our bed. She was super sweet and very accommodating to everything that we needed. We will definitely be going back there
