Waterfront Gem

My elderly parents stayed and enjoyed the waterfront location and street-level entrance. Beautiful views and peaceful deck, lots of amenities.

Cabins on the Lake

Our family had a great time, the cabins were very comfortable and it was great to have on-site access to a dock for our boat and wave runner! We also appreciate the fast response to our communications with the property managers and their on-site host.

Awesome getaway

We found this as a last minute getaway for our family this summer! It was in an awesome location with easy access to the beach. Great swimming and fishing! Great response time and super quick to help or answer questions! Would definitely go back!

Picture perfect

Cute and clean property with million dollar views created the perfect relaxing long weekend. Unfortunately the weather turned chilly, so water fun was out, but fingers crossed next time. This property provides easy access to fishing, floating and all things lake fun. Downstairs rec room was a bonus

Waitts lake review

This was our second time staying at this facility. Owners are excellent to work with. I have however; a couple of points to make: The beds are two hard. mattress and box spring would be better for us that are in our 70's. More pots for cooking would be nice. Someone left a 5 quart pot from a prior visitor that still have food in it. We tried to clean it as best we could but it needs to be replaced.

Construction and cleanliness

Right off the get go came to a place with a sticky dirty floor, no propane for bbq, dirty left underware in drawer that are still there, nasty bbq brush left on bbq with slime alll over. Couldn’t enjoy a quiet stay due to construction on building going on. Only 1 trash bag in whole unit.

We wish you would have brought these items to our attention prior to this review so we could have addressed them and taken care of everything for you instead of finding out via this horrible review. We had a new cleaning crew take over and obviously they did not leave the unit to our level of satisfaction. This will be addressed with them and we can certainly say this is a one off situation. You can clearly see that from our previous reviews. Mistakes can and will happen from time to time as no one is perfect even though we strive to offer our guests the best experience possible during their stay. We just would have liked any communication from you before, during, or even after your stay so we could have made things right for you. We obviously can't fix issues that we don't know about. Thank you.

Beautiful and cozy stay for any family! This welcoming home is right on the water with easy access to the beach and docks. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Only reason for docking a stat was the slightly inaccurate listing- it stated no hidden fees but then we were hit with a 100 cleaning fee and a 53 occupancy fee. We were also told the day before check in that there was a 10/guest/day fee to use the beach. I did discuss these issues with the host and they said they would fix the listing to reflect more accurate pricing. However, we were not charged by the resort for using the beach and the home was sooooo clean it was worth the cleaning fee. I highly recommend staying here.

The cleaning fee and occupancy taxes are not hidden fees—they are fully disclosed as part of the reservation total before booking is confirmed. We believe in being transparent about all standard charges so guests know exactly what to expect. Regarding the resort’s guest fee, this only applies when visitors are brought to the property beyond the number of guests included in the reservation. In your case, you had asked about bringing additional people to enjoy the resort’s private beach and amenities. Because these facilities are reserved exclusively for registered guests, the resort charges an additional daily fee for extra visitors to help cover the added upkeep and maintenance. This is a standard policy at many private resorts. As you noted, those additional guests ultimately did not visit, so no resort guest fees were charged during your stay. Thank you again for staying with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another relaxing waterfront getaway!

Can’t Get More Waterfront

We had an amazing stay at this Waitts Lake triplex rental. The property is right on the water so the views from the main living area and balcony are amazing. The unit is like new, well equiped and very comfortable for a group 4-6 people. There are awesome community fire pits, and the resort beach is really nice for small kids up to adults. I will definitely be booking this unit again in the future.

Great Price!

As soon as you walked into common room, you could see this Amazing view from your very own balcony. Everything you need to use for cooking was at your disposal. Awh, the bed was Awesome. I could sleep there 24/7. The scenery was spectacular. I want come back again next year! Thank you Jerry & Natasha This was Great.

Great location, new condo with upscaled appliances

This amazing condo is located the beach of lake Waitts. We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We stayed there while ski at the 49 degrees north. We loved the comfy beds and the new appliances . The owner is very helpful and stayed in touch during our stay. We'll be coming back!

Highly recommend

I rarely leave reviews but felt I needed to with my recent experience. To keep it short this place was so clean and you can easily notice they care. I couldn't believe all of the little things from decorations to a great offering of seasonings to cook yourself even ziploc bags for leftovers. Felt like home. This place and property are top notch. Jerry ven checked in to make sure codes worked and everything else we had everything we needed. Also Michelle was great. Without question highly recommend
