We apologize for the confusion and technical glitch on the rental platforms as the calendars did not sync which the guest was made aware of by VRBO themselves. We were in contact with the guest and VRBO throughout from the day prior to their reservation and until they received their refund as we tried to support them to the best of our ability due to the technical error. VRBO did assist with expediting an instant refund so that they could be placed at an alternative property. Please note that this did not stay at the property and it is not fair to write such a poor review based off of the booking glitch which occurred on multiple platforms.

The city requires all check-in's to be done at an authorized management office, inclusive of proof of identification etc. The guests were dishonest in regards to the amount of guests whom they had at the property. The reservation was made for 4 individuals. However when noticed on the exterior surveillance (which is noted in the listing as guests are aware when booking the reservation) that there were 10 guests, guest was asked "how many guests do you have with you at the property". The guest failed to respond, and 20 mins later complained that the toilet was dirty. The guest then clogged the toilet with feces after usage and sent pictures of it and of it being drained after multiple flushes, and requested for someone to come and clean the toilet. After numerous attempts to ask how many guests were there, they replied back with a different # of guests in each of their responses. It was mentioned to the guest that the 10 guests are on surveillance, which then the guests proceeded to vandalize the surveillance cameras. Trash was not removed as agreed upon and the place was left extremely dirty and trashed. I would not recommend renting your home to these guests who did not abide by VRBO's regulations and house rules.

Guests were dishonest throughout their stay. The reservation was made for 2 guests, however there were 8 guests in total. At the time of booking the reservation, the house rules reflected max occupancy of 5 guests at all times and that there will be an additional charge for any other occupants. It is also noted that there is surveillance on the property (exterior ONLY as it is unlawful to have any surveillance inside and there is NO invasion of privacy)
