Early vacay

Awesome home, excellent vacation!!! Swan Lake next door and behind you!!! Lots of bird watching from all 3 decks and you can also get pretty good glimpses of the ocean as well

Surfside Spring Break

Great stay during spring break with family and dogs! Fenced yard & hot tub are the amenities that sold us on this rental. Location is great, short walk or drive to the beach & great bay and sunset views.

The stay was perfect. The location was quiet and provided beautiful views of the bay, seabirds, and shorebirds. Just what was needed for a relaxing, rejuvenating, and sadly-too-brief vacation/family visit.

No Working Refrigerator

When we arrived, the refrigerator was not working properly. We contacted the owner and they were very responsive in the beginning and asked us to try a few things that did not work. We had to go that night and buy ice and wait till the next day to address the issue. We were informed that a new fridge was going to be delivered. We were at the beach with the kids and had to leave to go and meet the delivery driver. I feel that was something that should have been handled by a property manager or the owner. We waited for the delivery to arrive and be installed and then returned to the beach. After speaking with the owner before the issue, we were never contacted by them to assure everything was ok, thank us for leaving the beach to meet the driver, NOTHING! We would have appreciated some kind of contact after. I sent an email to address this after our return. After waiting 3 days we have not heard anything from them. Also, the house was pretty clean except for the floors. It seemed it had not been mopped in several weeks.

60th anniversary

We were attending my parent’s 60th anniversary. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Grandchildren had a wonderful time at the beach and we all enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to everyone.

Surfside review

Nice place, well stocked, secure location. A couple of issues with cleanliness of floors and shower. Easily fixable. Would stay again! Do have to pay $15 a day for beach access till Labor Day.

Family Celebrations

We so enjoyed staying together in this cozy, quiet home at Surfside Beach. It is close to the beach and located at the end of a quiet street. I enjoyed the different birds and the breezy comfortable weather. The views are amazing!

Surprise 50th

Our group of ladies spent the weekend in this amazing home. Great location. Great host! Everything was perfect and everyone enjoyed our weekend away to celebrate the birthday girl. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Awesome place

We had sister time for my youngest sister’s birthday. We wanted to use hot tub but it as cold and raining. Yet we still had a good time place was clean and homey. Enjoyed our stay will come back when weather is better.

Good location, nice house

My family and I stayed here and had a great time. The beach is a short drive or walk away. There was plenty of room for us 4 and could have had a couple more people stay without much issue. Kitchen was fully stocked and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location

We have been coming to Surfside for years now and have stayed at several different houses along the way. This was by far the perfect location of the house to the beach and we loved the set up!! The hot tub put the icing on the cake !! The place was clean comfortable and amazing. We loved it so much we are coming back in September !!!

Perfect Surfside Property

The property is ultra clean, comfortable, and accessible. It is a newer build, so the house and finishes are top notch. There is tremendous views of the bay and you're only a short walk to the beach. We will be back!

Pleasant Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and time at this property. House was clean and well taken care of. Hot tub was clean and the kids loved using it since we went before the ocean was warm enough to swim in this season. Lots of great restaurants nearby, locals places, which is nice to not be so close to the main hub of all the tourists in Galveston. We go multiple times a year to Galveston and this was probably one of the best trips to date since we stayed farther away and were able to just relax! Hosts were extremely communicative, very nice, thought of every detail a family might need, and provided plenty of information. Great place to stay!
