Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you and your family enjoyed the pool. We appreciate you bringing the artificial grass to our attention. This is actually the first time we’ve ever received a comment about an odor from the grass. When you mentioned the issue with the gate controls, we responded immediately, and we absolutely would have done the same for the grass if we had known it was a concern during your stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bathrooms and will take it into consideration as we continue making improvements to the property. This is our busiest season of the year, and unfortunately, we sometimes have only about four hours between one guest checking out and the next checking in. While that’s never an excuse, it does mean that occasional mistakes can happen despite our team’s best efforts. As soon as you notified us, we acted immediately by purchasing brand-new sheets and delivering them as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. We always strive to address any concerns promptly and appreciate that you acknowledged our efforts. Hi Okoro I am a little overwhelmed as this is the first time I am getting a review like this . My first priority is the cleaning and it is reflected on all of the previous reviews . I wonder if the stormy weather influenced the ability of my cleaning Crue to dry the floor the way they should and it became sticky . Too bad you didn’t mention it to me when you got there , I would gladly have immediately call my cleaning Crue to return to the house as you know I was responsive to you . Regarding the curtains , I believe it is a matter of taste and it is as shown in the pictures upon renting it . I personally like the light in this house and white towels which you can wash with bleach . Thank you for taking your time to review Limor
