Beach Club Access Fee (per person, per stay – up to 30 days):

• Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge = USD $66.70 total

• Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge = USD $40.02 total

• Children under 5: No charge

Please Note: A neighboring unit (PH 5-2) will be under renovation from June 1 through October 30. Occasional construction noise may be heard during this period, with the highest noise levels expected in early June. We appreciate your understanding.
