Four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Occupancy beyond 8 guests is not permitted. A resort fee is required for Punta Mita amenity access cards and is not included in the rental rate. The charge is per person for stays of up to one month:

If your group is larger than 8 guests, we also have the option to rent the Condo located directly across the hall, subject to availability. This allows us to comfortably host larger groups while keeping everyone close together.
