Perfect for our group

This was one of our best of many VRBO rental experiences. Property was in immaculate condition, exactly as described, flawless communication with host. Short beautiful drive away from West Yellowstone though that area was easily accessible. This property is ideal for those who cherish peace and quiet. Suggestion for visiting Yellowstone .. South Loop - geyser, hot springs, lake .. North loop - more wildlife, spectacular mountain and canyon scenery

Clean and fun Cabin

Whitney was a wonderful host! She always responded promptly and gave us great recommendations of sights to see in the area. The cabin was very clean and had great details! There were fun games in the garage, that included a ping pong table, that my girls really liked! It wasn't too far from West Yellowstone, about 35 minutes or so.

Great place to stay!

The cabin was wonderful! It was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in and had every amenity you will need. Whitney was a great host and provided very good communication. The cabin is conveniently located just 30 mins from the west entrance to Yellowstone so we were able to quickly get there each day to see the park. Even with neighbors close to the cabin it was very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in the area.

Clean and cozy

Cabin was about 35 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance. Cabin was very clean and the kids loved coming back to it after a day in Yellowstone to sit in the hot tub and have a camp fire. Plenty of food options around, and we enjoyed a few hikes around Island Park. Thank you!

Nice Cabin

Our family really enjoyed staying here when we came to visit Yellowstone National Park. It was a little bit of a drive away (especially due to road construction), so keep that in mind if you're considering staying here.

Island Park Bison Run Cabin

This home was everything as advertised and listed plus several extras. Great location, well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. Beds and baths were exceptionally furnished and comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. Our host was very accessible and prompt to answer any questions. 5 stars easily!

Great A/C Cabin to Explore Yellowstone and Idaho

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean cabin hidden in the woods! The house was wonderfully maintained with a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub out back was delight to view stars from on the cool summer nights. Our kids also really enjoyed the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Cabin, Wonderful Host!

This cabin is well maintained, clean, and in a central location that allowed us to see so many sites. We enjoyed the quietness of the area, the hot tub, and the nearby Lakeside lodge too. 3 bathrooms was a major plus with teenage kids! You will not be disappointed with your stay! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place!

This place is amazing! It has all the amenities that you’ll need. We cooked every day we were there, and the kitchen was perfect. Very clean, everything was organized. We even got to see mommy and baby moose hanging out by the jacuzzi, just as described! We felt lucky to have found this gem!

Wonderful

Cabin was great, had every thing we needed and was really neat and clean, had a great experience overall. Yellowstone and Grand Tetons were beautiful, moose in backyard!! Would be good to know where to get wood for fire-pit. Was a stack half-way between two cabins but wasn’t sure if we were supposed to use it. Still would use cabin again if we ever come back. Thanks again!

Want to ride Island Park? Booking this rental is a must.

Even better then advertised. It had many of them items you forget when packing to stay. Examples like tin foil and zip lock baggies are just a couple. A few minute ride to either parking lot 1 or 2. Very well kept and cozy.

Clean, comfortable, cute, quiet!

This home is very well taken care of. It was so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was big, and having two bedrooms with ensuites was so wonderful! It is very quiet in this neighborhood. The outside porch lights was a nice touch! I would definitely recommend this quaint, beautiful home!!

Peaceful cabin retreat

This property is in a good location. It is set back a little from the water but in a quiet part of the forest. Everyone had their own bathroom and the fire pit and hot tub were great.

So wonderful!

Such an easy rental experience. The home was immaculate and had everything you might need..plus some. Great beds and and a wonderful deck for morning coffee. The hottub was misbehaving so I cannot speak to that but I would recommend this rental to ANYONE and hope to be able to do return again someday.

Yellowstone Vacation.

Absolutely wonderful vacation. The cabin was spacious for the 7 of us. Everything was clean and as stated on the listing. Brandy is wonderful and was easy to access if we needed anything. The property is located 30 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance and a beautiful ride to the Grand Tetons. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely rebook if we come back.

Our family loves to travel, adventure and take in all that the world has to offer! I am an adventure lover! My family and I literally do it all mountain bike, fish, ATVs, exploring, golf, swim mostly in lakes and rivers, raft, kayak, paddle board, sightseeing, camp and cabin in the mountain's year around. You name we probably do it and love it. We are located in one of the best parts of the west. I can be in Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming within 1-2 hrs. any direction. I can visit Yellowstone N.P. Or Grand Teton N.P. either from my house or cabin. We are very lucky to have such beauty and wonder all within a drive.

We are a family that loves the mountains and all things recreational. We love to travel and adventure. Island Park, Idaho has it all! And it's year around. What is even better for us is we can head over to one of the ski hills within 2 hours, go to West Yellowstone for shopping and more restaurant choices. Head into the town to enjoy local eateries, or enjoy the day in Yellowstone National Park, one of the world's greatest national parks. But we like most love some down time to take a walk, take in the views, roast marshmallows, sit by the fire and relax in the hot tub. We love to spend our free time here and hope that other families will enjoy the same adventures and sights.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Island Park is a recreation destination. We have many lakes and rivers to enjoy. West Yellowstone gate entrance is 30 minutes away, Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, Big Sky Montana, Gallatin Gateway Montana just to name a few. Wildlife is abundant since we are higher elevation and close to YNP and many other forests. It is not uncommon to float the Big Springs River and pass a Moose or a Moose family on the river. There are plenty of surrounding and local areas to enjoy any recreational activity as well as many places to rent from locally or in surrounding areas. The Bison Run Cabin is located in Island Park, Idaho a recreation destination. This cabin is an explorer and adventurers' dream. Island Park has everything a recreationist desires: world class fishing on well know waters like Henry's Fork and Snake River. There are over 1000's of trails from the cabin doors that can be explored by foot, bike, or off-road vehicles and ATVs, or in the winter you will find the best snow in the west for snowmobiles, snowshoe, ski, cross country ski, snowboard or Heli-ski trails in and around Island Park, Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Gallatin National Forest, West Yellowstone, Big Sky, Grand Targhee. Visit National Parks like Yellowstone N.P. 30 minutes from the West Yellowstone Gate entrance, or Grand Teton National Park day trips and see abundant wildlife, hydrothermal geysers, and iconic scenic beauty. Don't forget to float, kayak or paddle board the Big Springs or Buffalo rivers in Island Park, while watching Moose and otters in the river, with a beautiful mountain back drop and crystal clear waters. Or head out for a white water rafting in Gallatin, or Big Sky, or Jackson Hole on the Hoback or Snake Rivers. There is so much to see and do you can see why this is a recreation dream.
