And now includes an EV charger to conveniently keep your vehicle going through it all! In the heart of Bretton Woods, spread out along the Mount Pleasant Golf Course at the Mount Washington Resort, Fairway Village will charm you with its neighborhood feel, well-manicured gardens, and quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Blessed with more snow and some of the best conditions in the Northeast, the ski slopes of Bretton Woods are right in front of you as you arrive, and just a minute away - but the area has so much more to offer than just skiing! From superb hikes to Mount Washington and the Cog Rail to Santa's Village, Whale's Tale Water Park, Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch State Park, unparalleled fall foliage, and fabulous shopping in North Conway, the area has something for everyone and ensures you will never be bored, no matter what season you visit.

- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
- A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it! If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at a cost of $10 per pickup.
- Pool & gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.
Other amenities; EV Charger, Gas fireplace, WiFi, Gas grill, Keurig, board games, washer/dryer and linens/towels provided, 1 Dog allowed, please inquire about additional pets.
Please note: Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed. This unit is equipped with two portable AC units and fans are provided.

These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.

Parking is limited to protect the property and surroundings. Please do not park on the grass and be mindful of neighbors who may use adjacent parking areas. Please refer to house rules for any specific requirements. Trailers, boats, and other larger vehicles may require special accommodations for parking. Please check with the Bretton Woods Vacations team if you need to make parking arrangements.
