Spacious 4 bedroom (2 KING and 2 Queen bed) 2 1/2 bath with fully fenced in backyard. 2 car garage has enough room for 1 vehicle as I use the other half of the garage for storage (lawn mower etc.).
Grill out in the backyard or gather around the fire pit. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi.
The house is conveniently located next to LEX airport, downtown, Keeneland, Kentucky Horse Park, University of Kentucky and Masterson Station Park.

3 cameras on the outside of the house for added security. 1. On the doorbell 2. On top of the garage facing the driveway 3. In the backyard facing the back door (#3 is only on when property is unbooked)

Dog friendly location

Great location to visit and close proximity to everything. We traveled to multiple areas and this house was as conveniently located to everything.

Great weekend for Keenland!

This house was great for our group! Spacious kitchen and great living room area for everyone to gather. Great backyard area as well. Jamil was very attentive and easy to work with!

Wedding weekend getaway

Had a destination wedding that we attended with a small group of friends. Location and house were ideal! Lots of space and a great outside area too! I would definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for Railbird Music Fest, and it was a great choice. Had a great backyard for hanging out after the shows and the grill worked great. Neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed

Kentucky Horse Show stay

We enjoyed our stay here so our daughter could ride at the Kentucky Horse Park. Great proximity to the facility. House was well outfitted for our family! We would choose this house again.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Beautiful home with completely fenced back yard in a very nice neighborhood. Located on the NW side of Lexington, it is close to several Distilleries and Horse country attractions. The home was immaculate and the hosts provided everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in Lexington area.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our group of four! We had two moms and two teenage girls who were showing at the Kentucky Horse Park. The house is about 10 minutes away from the horse park so very convenient! Jamil was very responsive to any questions I had and the house was clean. Has lots of supplies too. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a horse show at the Kentucky Horse Park. Jamil was an excellent host! Super fast response and everything was organized and house was super clean. The house is a great set up! Definitely will plan to stay here for future planned shows! Thanks Jamil!!

Perfect location lovely property FABULOUS backyard patio

My "academic kin" and I were in Lexington for the celebration of life and the interment of my late husband's ashes at Lexington Cemetery. Given the solemnity of the occasion, everything about our stay was perfect. The backyard patio and yard in general are AMAZING, and we spent most of our stay there. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms spacious, and the property clean and just lovely. Great location! I can see why this is a super-host property. Highly recommend for any Lexington occasion.

Quick business trip

The house was in a great neighborhood, had a great yard for our two dogs, plenty of room for the kids to spread out, and was very cute. There was a small problem with the HVAC unit that the cleaners noticed before we arrived and the owner jumped to have it fixed before our arrival. He was extremely communicative about the workers’ progress and so nice throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Sister's Weekend

My sister's and I had a wonderful stay with Jamil. We had something minimal happen with check-in and he made sure to show up to the house within 20 minutes to fix it. The house was spotless. Everything was as showed. There was so much room, there was a total 6 of us and we never felt on top of each other. The bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms clean. The outdoor space was phenomenal as there are two spaces with a table and chairs, one having a fire pit and the other having a grill. The kitchen was well stocked with cold waters and plastic ware such as plates, cups, and silverware. The kitchen also had seasonings, condiments and dishes for our use. All in all, we will book with him every time we have a get together. He was great! My sister also left a necklace and he made sure to contact me so we could set up a time to pick it up, very considerate and nice.

Absolutely amazing.

To summarize our stay - There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 master, 2 average sized rooms. The master has its own bathroom and the other 2 share a conjoining restroom. This was very convenient for us with the kiddos. There were 2 Baths/showers. This was great after those long days exploring. Downstairs hosted a private bedroom close to another 1/2 bath. We had garage access which we utilized since it rained. The dining area seated all of us comfortably. The kitchen was open and spacious allowing for all of the adults to be in the kitchen and assist all at once without feeling as if we were stepping on each others toes. We did not get to enjoy the amenities offered outside (table & chairs, fire pit) but did utilize the grill for some steaks. The weather was a bit chilly for us. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the backyard when they did get to go outside and run! The livingroom sat us comfortably with a large tv and plenty of options! I cannot wait to come stay again when we visit KY.

Not clean - needs help

We stayed for 3 nights with our son and daughter both adults. The house is the house in the photos but DIRTY and gross. Let me explain: We have to kill way too many spiders! Problem with pest control here. There were cob webs everywhere. In every corner and on things like the niche by the sink it was THICK and there were spiders coming out all the time. The house was so dusty and not clean my son could not stay the night with us as his allergies were acting up crazy. He stayed at his apartment in LX. The rugs in the bathrooms were gross! Picture the metted down surface with stuff in it and stains. Just gross, they should not even have them there. Gross. The carpet was a little sticky and gross, needs to be steam cleaned. the family room rug was super dirty. We accidently looked under the couch, gross! The dog toy went there and it was filled with stuff and webs and dust. Super disgusting!!! The closet in the master has stains all over the walls and carpets and there was someone's bedding and stuff all just thrown in the back of the closet. Some of the doors had stains from spills, puke? Gross The lawns was not cut and they had let go of any outside maintenance. Pictures are NOT accurate!!!!! I had nightmares not only during my stay but also now back at home. I have never been subject to such poor living conditions.

Disappointing - Pictures not accurate

We stayed three nights in April 2023 with four adults and two mature dogs in our party. The reason we chose this house was for the fenced yard so we could spend time outside without the dogs being leashed. To say that the pictures of the house are inaccurate is an understatement. The house was not clean, backyard was overgrown and run down. The "koi pond" was full of trash and was complete muck. One dog fell in over his head (it is deeper than it appears) and we had to pull him out. We were all covered in the disgusting muck. One of the fence gates would not close or latch. We were not able to use the backyard at all for the dogs. When we reached out to the owner regarding the house being dirty (vaccuum in the closet was broken), he suggested we carry the roomba upstairs and run that. Running a roomba was not sufficient for the dust on all surfaces and the dirty carpets. We were traveling with friends and were embarassed at the quality and cleanliness of this house. This app does not allow me to post the pictures we took of the house and yard. There was a large pile of trash in the garage, the view out the back of the house showed the neighbor's yard full of trash and pool that was green and algae filled. The dining room ceiling had obviously been repaired (poorly) with visible water damage. The towels in the bathrooms were dirty. The oven was dirty, filling the house with smoke when used. On the positive side, the owner responded quickly although did not help us.

Very convenient

Jamil the property manager is a great guy. Very responsive to any issue that arises. We stayed when the weather dropped to -30 degrees with wind chill. The heat pump couldn’t keep up. So, Jamil rushed over several portable heaters….what a great help that was. Thanks!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

The property manager is excellent with great communication. He is adding a 4th bedroom….so the house was a little dusty compared to last visit. With that said, we have stayed at this property 2 times and are scheduled to stay 1 more time. Thanks!
