Lots of room to enjoy family time in this beautiful 5 bedroom + loft cottage with 4 bathrooms and floor to ceiling natural fieldstone hearth in the family room. Open concept family room, dining room (seating for 10 + 5 at bar counter) and kitchen with hardwood/cork floors throughout the cottage. Sip your morning coffee on the large deck while enjoying the view. Want a unique lookout of the lake, then step up to the loft with a 360 deg view of the area. Famed fishing area - fish off the dock or short boat ride up the channel to the inner bay of Lake Erie. Public 40+ km Long Point shallow entry sandbar beach is 5 min walk.
Bring your boat and tie off in the quiet channel with access to the Inner Bay of Lake Erie. Great fishing area off the dock, in the channels or the Inner Bay. Bring your watertoys for fun with the kids.
6 single kayaks, 1 double (tandem) kayak and & 2 child kayaks for use to explore the channels and ponds close by. 8 adult life jackets available but please bring your own child lifejackets .

A unique cottage located in Long Point. Just off the main road but within a short walk to the beautiful Long Point beach.
Plenty of space for everyone.
Infants are to be counted as children in booking requests please.

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite (Captains Quarters)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite (Directors Room)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with ensuite (Loon Stateroom)
Bedroom 4: Two Twin beds (Wicker Crew Room)
Bedroom 5: Twin bed and Twin/Twin bunkbed (Bunkhouse Room)
Bedroom 6: Double futon - area open to below (Lighthouse Loft)
2 rollaway single beds available to use for children (Bunkhouse Room & Lighthouse Loft can not accommodate a rollaway bed) - available for groups over 13. If you would like to have these rollaway beds with less than 13 in your group then request stay with 14 or 15 guests to include rollaway beds.


Room details:
Captains Quarters - spacious king bed with dressers and large hanging closet and a large 3 pc ensuite. Room is located on the 2nd floor and has patio door to balcony which overlooks the deck, backyard and channel. Includes a Roku tv with is Netflix & Prime Video ready to login to your account.

Directors Room - large queen bed with dressers. Room has 3 pc ensuite. Includes a Roku tv is Netflix & Prime Video ready to login to your account.

Loon Stateroom - large queen bed with hanging closet and 3 pc ensuite. Patio door leads to the deck under the captains quarters balcony with views of the backyard and channel.

Wicker Crew Room - ample room for two in this room with two twin beds, a wicker dresser and a clothes hanging rack.

Bunkhouse Room - twin bed and twin over twin bunkbed in a cozy room with a small dresser and shelving unit.

Lighthouse Loft - the perfect getaway to sit and enjoy the relaxing 360 deg views of the Inner Bay of Lake Erie. This area is on the 3rd floor and open two levels to the main floor. Has a double futon to sleep in this area.

Mainfloor Bathroom - located in same hall as the wicker room and bunkhouse bedrooms. Has 3 pc bathroom with large counter space and tub/shower combination.

Great Room - ample seating to enjoy the natural stone hearth that is 16’ tall. Enjoy the sparkle while the spotlights show off its beauty. Basic tv channels are available to watch on the flat screen tv with the whole family. It is also netflix ready.

Dining Area - table seating for 10 and some at the counter on bar stools. A hutch contains coffee mugs and wine glasses. Some hot beverage items are available for guest use. A keurig duo is on the counter in the kitchen with coffee filters for your favourite grinds.

Kitchen - No need to be short on anything with lots of plates, cups, cutlery. Cooking pans, fry pans and serving bowls are all available. Cookie sheets, cutting boards, hot plates, muffin tins are found above the large microwave. Seran top stove and separate built in convection oven as well as fridge/freezer combination are available for use.

Laundry Room - Full-size fridge and small chest freezer are in the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use (please bring laundry soap/softener to use.). There is a central vac and cleaning products as well to help tidy prior to departure.

Outside there is a large BBQ for use on a 1300 sqft deck. Patio tables and chairs with seating for 12 available seasonally. Other seating areas include a couple of seasonal picnic tables, firepit, muskoka chairs. A screened in gazebo area with lights and a fan is a perfect space to wind down after a busy day. Sit around the firepit for evening s’mores nights while watching the sunset or find a shooting star.

During the summer months bring your boat or two and dock it on the 100’ dock. Fish from the dock or with your boat in the Inner Bay.
The beach is a short 5 min walk to a perfect spot for families. Walk into Lake Eries sandy bottom shallow entry water with sandbars that is perfect for wading in the water.
In the winter skate in the area or go ice fishing in the Inner Bay. Local marina rents ice huts etc.

Mattress covers and pillows with protectors are included.

Bedding with comforters/quilts, bath towels, kitchen towels are included.
Supplying and laundering as per the following:
* 9 beds to be made up with sheets, pillow cases and comforter/quilt. Plus 2 rollaway beds with bedding if booking for 14 or 15 guests.
* bath towels, hand towels and cloths (1 each per guest - additional quantities available if requested for additional laundering fee)
* kitchen towels/cloths (1 each per night stay)
* 4 bath mats for tub/showers
Please bring any additional blankets you may require.

*** If you would prefer to bring your own bedding, comforters/blankets and towels (bath and kitchen), save $350 plus tax/fees.
