Best View of Hunter Mountain- EVER!

Enjoy this 2021 owner-designed, finished and hosted home with sweeping unobstructed views of Hunter Mountain. Modern industrial accents meld seamlessly with earthy and artistic touches creating a warm yet energizing environment. Advantageously located within walking distance of the village, restaurants, park and the ski lodge.With three levels everyone will have plenty of space to spread out or gather as they wish.
Entry to the house is on the middle level. Once you’ve had a seat on the live edge bench and removed your shoes you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the Indonesian bedroom is a queen bed where you can gaze out at the mountains and then enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony.
The spacious Fern bedroom has two queen beds, both of which you can see the mountains from. It also has a mountain facing balcony and a smart TV. The third bedroom has bunk beds, many windows and a view onto the large flat yard with the fire pit.
The lower level contains a full bathroom with a large steam sauna, a bar with a mini fridge and bar stools, large couch, pool table and a smart TV.
The top floor along with it’s 32’ long deck and one of a kind architectural overhang features a living area with a custom stained glass gas fireplace,smart TV, a modern kitchen with a full view of the dining area, living area and the mountains, a half bath with a vessel sink, and the primary bedroom suite with king bed,smart TV, a long hallway with a stained glass ceiling light that leads to a private full bathroom with a walk in shower that has 2 shower and two massage heads.
Climate control(heat/ac) for the top floor has one centrally located thermostat. The middle level bedrooms each have their own mini-split units. The entry hall and the lower level also have their own units. Please note that these units must all be set to either heat or AC simultaneously to operate.
The photography in the home depicts images from the book Organic Farmers of the Hudson Valley. There is a book on the credenza alongside a bluetooth record player where each farmer tells their story. In the same location is a book on Dreds by the same Photographer/Francesco Mastalia. The woman in the image located in the Primary bedroom tells her tale as well.
All of the bedrooms have black out shades and drapery. Each bedroom also has at least one USB wall socket.

I built this house with every thing I have. Please respect my no shoes policy and use the house gently.
Please respect the town ordinance of quiet hours for 11pm-8am.
We have bears in the area. Always keep your car windows rolled up.
