Niché sur 110 acres de paysage magnifique de la montagne Catskill, cette charmante cabane en rondins attend toute famille à la recherche d'une escapade à la montagne. Un bel étang alimenté par une source privée se trouve directement sur la propriété où vous pouvez prendre le bateau à rames pour pêcher, sauter directement pour nager ou faire du patin à glace pendant l'hiver. Soulagez vos muscles endoloris dans le bain à remous extérieur près du barbecue à gaz, du poêle à bois et du foyer. Laissez le naturaliste en vous sortir en explorant la rivière qui borde la propriété ou en parcourant l'un des nombreux sentiers, tous privés et conduisant directement à la propriété principale.

Secluded and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The property is huge with lots to do with kids. The house easily fit all of us with room to spare. It was a great location to spend quality time together and enjoy the outdoors.

Wonderful week in a gorgeous setting!

Our extended family spent a great week at this fabulous property hiking the trails, exploring the creek, swimming and boating in the pond, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the views in every direction. The house is large and comfortable, accommodating ten people and one dog without feeling crowded. The week flew by, and we look forward to returning!

Good Vacation

This property is very well kept up, spacious, and the view from the porch is idyllic. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our needs. We really got away from it all, and enjoyed our family time together.

Family Vacation

Pond and stream are excellent hangout spots. The house is perfect for five couples. Front porch is a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee in the morning The host's were excellent.

Great Mother’s Day Weekend

Great Mountain Retreat

Our family enjoyed this expansive property with excellent views from the beautiful front porch. The living room was a very nice gathering spot for playing games and watching movies. It was very nice to have Windham close by for restaurants. We enjoyed using the pond and exploring the hiking trails. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions.

Perfect getaway for relaxing and no stress

So my family, friends and I have been getting away for years on a group vacation. This place was one of our favorites! The privacy, serenity and quaintness of the home and property were just what we needed. The bedrooms weee all comfy and the great room was perfectly accommodating. The hot tub was right on the deck n just feet from the front door. We took walks and the trails were beautiful. There’s a grocery store and other options just within several miles. The owners were very clear about directions and very easy to follow. Highly recommend for a little R and R.

Fantastic Rustic Getaway House

Came up in the spring for a quick getaway with friends and the cabin is frankly better than the pictures suggest. Wonderful views, good rooms with comfortable beds and the trails are great and well marked. Nick and Pat were super responsive and have set the house up to make it very easy for guests to have a great experience.

Winter getaway

Perfect property! The house exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. Our group of 10 traveled here for a ski trip and it was perfect. Any issue we had the owner responded back within minutes and we had everything we possibly needed there. Already planning our trip back!

Idyllic Catskill Experience

My family celebrated my father’s 80th birthday in this lovely cabin with a perfect Catskill setting. It had everything- winding trails, a stream, a large pond, wildlife including a flock of kingfishers, a mountain view, and a grand scale porch to see it all from. The cabin easily accommodated ten adults and worked well for my sibling in a wheelchair (he used a walker to get up the 4-5 steps onto the porch). Thank you for making this wonderful place available, we hope to visit again.

Trip to Windham for a wedding

Terrific property. Gorgeous views and amenities. Our family had a great time, hiking, boating and fishing, even doing some icebath’s in the stream. House was clean, warm, and cozy. Kitchen was fairly stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive with our questions. Will definitely rebook.

Beautiful haven in Wyndham

This property is beautiful. Our teenage children roamed free with the dogs. Beautiful location with lovely walks, a gurgling stream, firepit, pond, hot tub and peace and quiet. Two families of 4 looking for a relaxing space to catch up with each other. This house was perfect. Communication was excellent and the hosts did everything possible to resolve an issue with the hot tub.

Beautiful Cabin

Our group (three families with small kids) had a great week long stay at the cabin. The house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of rooms and gathering places inside and out to relax and hang out. The property is beautifully maintained and we spent the majority of our stay enjoying the weather and views from the huge wrap around porch. The highlight of our trip was spending time at the river which the kids loved. With the hot weather, the river was clean, refreshing, easy to access, and shallow enough for the kids to wade in and explore. We would book this house again!

Never needed to leave the property!

This was an awesome place to have our family get together! We used the entire property for hikes, bikes, games on the lawn, talks on the porch and relaxing in the hot tub! One toilet wasn't working properly when we got there and someone was out quickly to fix it! The only suggestion I would have is to have a few more paper towel, towels and pillows! Thanks for allowing us to use the property! We made great memories regardless!

Nice family ski trip

Brought the kids to windham skiing for a few days. Also spent a couple days exploring the trails around the property. Everything about the trip was amazing. Unfortunately, we did lose the first night due to a power outage at the cabin but Nick had great communication with me and issued a timely refund. Also allowed us to check in early the next day after power was restored. Was not his fault at all but did what he could to make it better for us. Much appreciated!!!

A relaxing and picturesque family vacation

Our family, including sisters and adult children spent a week at this beautiful cabin very comfortably. There were 8 adults in all and it was wonderful to have such a huge dining table to sit around for meals and a large great room to hang out in. This is a lovely house with wonderful decor that added to our experience. The entire grounds of the property were gorgeous. We enjoyed just sitting on the porch drinking our morning coffee, fishing and boating on the pond, hiking around the grounds and relaxing in the hot tub or around the campfire. We have stayed at other rental homes and this one by far had the best equipped kitchen. Windham itself is a cute little town with numerous restaurants and there were many activities in the area to enjoy including the North South State Park and the scenic sky lift at Hunter Mountain.

Glorious mountain getaway

Nick and Pat's home was a perfect fit for our family get-together in the Catskills. It's a true log cabin with three floors of living space -- plenty of room for us (parents, four adult kids in their 20s, and a soon-to-be daughter-in-law) to enjoy games, meals, and conversation without ever feeling cramped, plus three full bathrooms. And outdoors was even better! The huge property is gorgeous and full of nature's surprises. We swam in the pond, explored meadows and woods, basked in miniature waterfalls, and saw herons, hawks, rabbits, deer, and even a bear. While the home feels hidden, groceries and other supplies are just a 10-minute (incredibly scenic) drive away. We loved every minute and hope to return.

Peaceful Oasis

We rented this fabulous cabin for a Mother's Day getaway. The house and grounds are unbelievably comfortable and gorgeous. Sitting on the front porch, sipping a glass of wine, watching the rain fall gently into the picturesque pond is about as peaceful as it comes. The kitchen was very well supplied with cookware, appliances, and dishes. The gorgeous dining room table was a great spot to play games and eat dinner. My nightowl son enjoyed the downstairs lounge just outside his bedroom for late night computer gaming. Having three bathrooms - one on every floor - was quite luxurious. The master bedroom was absolutely beautiful. We hiked the well marked trail several times and it was a good workout for me. The West Point bus was a fun discovery too. It was too cold to use the pond, but not too cold to enjoy looking at it. The hot tub was also a big plus. All in all, this was one of my very favorite rentals. Very clean and everything was in working condition. I highly recommend it to families. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for sharing, Nick and Pat. We hope to come back!
