Just Escape – to an exceptional home with tons of amenities in a beautiful location right on the water. This property has it all: huge heated pool, large patio, beautiful built-in outdoor kitchen, great dock with boat lift, brand new furniture, kitchen, and bathrooms, kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, beach essentials, and so much more. And to top it off, Just Escape is located on a wide sailboat access canal, it has southern exposure, and it sits in a quiet cul-de-sac street right in the middle of our desirable Yacht club area in SE Cape Coral. It really cannot get much better.
Lots of great restaurants are right around the corner. A beautiful Farmer’s Market is not even 5 minutes away, so are grocery stores, a Starbucks, ice cream places, bars, tiki-huts, and the list goes on.
The pool area and outdoor kitchen are the highlight of this gorgeous home. You can spend all day playing and swimming in the oversized heated pool or just relax poolside, read a good book and take in the rays. In the evenings you can enjoy great BBQ dinners and of course some well-deserved drinks and just relish life.
The kayaks invite for some great tours through our canals. Or you can rent a boat end discover our wonderful islands and beaches.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
All rooms have smart TVs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a dresser. It has an attached beautiful modern bathroom with a great walk-in shower.
One guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the other guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed.
The full guest bathroom is very spacious with a wonderful walk-in shower and access to the pool area.

Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 25 lbs. A pet fee of $150 applies. Pre-approval needed. NO cats allowed

I would highly recommend this property! The location was fantastic, the place was newly remodeled, and all interactions with the property manager and owner were positive. We booked again for next year before leaving this morning.

Wonderful summer vacation!

This is a wonderful property for a family vacation. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. Andrea was an excellent host and responded promptly to all questions. The pool is great for spending a relaxing day, and the canal is awesome for fishing. The location is in close proximity to restaurants/shopping and is in a good neighborhood for walking and biking. My family had an amazing vacation at this wonderful property!

Perfect Location

This property is located close to both restaurants in Cape Coral as well as Ft Myers. Super clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool and outdoor area is a great place to relax.

Fantastic Property and Communication

This was a fantastic property to stay at! What really stuck out was the excellent communication with the property management team. There were a couple of mishaps (an outdoor faucet broke and an issue with the boat lift) and the communication was instant, clear and accurate. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect vacation!

We loved our vacation home. It was spot on and so clean, the house is in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. We enjoyed the pool a lot and everyone was so comfortable. I wouldn't change a thing and we will definitely be back! The drying rack was a huge bonus for wet suits.

This property is fantastic. Very clean and modern. 3 TVs and 3 beds, pool was fantastic. was surprised it actually had a deep end. Grands kids loves it. Location was vet good close to Ft Myers. would recommend staying here

Vacation that feels like home

Perfect stay for adults and kids! The pool was clean and warm. We experienced a small group of dolphins feeding directly in front of the property. We enjoyed kayaking the canal. The property supplied pool accessories and life jackets making it very convenient. Communication with the property manager was easy! All restaurants and beaches were in close driving distance. We would love to stay there again!

Great Choice!

Just Escape met or exceeded all of our expectations and we enjoyed our time there very much. From the get-go Andrea was super responsive any time we had a question. Our only issue was that our days went too quickly!!!

Fabulous Family Vaca!!

Fabulous Family Vacation spent during the 4th of July week. The house was updated nicely, super clean & beds were so comfy. Bathrooms were sweet! The Owner Andrea was so nice & quickly responds to any questions you may have. The kayaks were a big hit w/ the whole family. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing considering its humid Florida lol. Only a quick drive to gorgeous Sanibel Island beach. I highly recommend and have zero complaints. A+++

Great property - the only complaint I have is there is no hand rail to get in and out of the pool -for we senior citizens it was difficult to maneuver. Other than that it was a great place to stay - great location and very clean, a few tiny ants but the property manager took care of it. !

Family Vacation

This was our first time to the area. We honestly could not have picked a better location for our trip. The home is beautiful. We very much enjoyed the private pool and having the dock. We rented a boat for 3 days during our stay and they were very helpful with using the lift and the location of this home is ideal for accessing the river. We spent three days out at Sanibel Island and it was very much like having a private beach, though that’s likely due to less visitors because of the hurricane. My husband and brother in law had a great time fishing off the dock and we all would come see what kind of crazy catch they would reel in. This has been one of the better beach vacations we’ve had as the home allowed for a nice slow pace, providing all the necessary amenities and comforts of home.

Could be great

The location is good and the beds are comfortable. However the rest of the furniture for us (old) the furniture is so uncomfortable, low slung modern, very hard and patio furniture is broken down, we had to double up the cushions. Water pressure is low and with the rain head showers you can’t rinse off for anything, floors in bathrooms were slick with no grab bars, also no handrail into the pool. Don’t like nitpicking but won’t be back to this rental, fees are very high and much nicer places available.
