You will love this cozy little coastal studio with all new flooring, cabinets, paint, and furniture. Sit on your balcony and watch the waves roll in. Knowing comfortable beds are important, we provide a soft pillow top queen bed with thick mattress pad, high thread count sheets, and fluffy duvets that guests rave over. Once snuggled in, you won't want to get out! Also provided are high-quality linens for the queen pull out sofa bed. The bathroom comes with upgraded amenities and plenty of thick fluffy towels and adjustable lighting makeup mirror. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kiddies are all provided. Large flat screen TV with cable and streaming services. The unit is stocked with plenty of board games, books, AND a retro Nintendo for rain days. Kitchen includes an induction cooktop, air fryer, pans, dishes, utensils ect and a keurig coffee machine with sumptuous coffee, real cream and raw sugar so you can enjoy coffee on your balcony watching the waves before heading to the heated salt water pool right on the beach.
Private beach access as well as a fitness room and laundry facilities on site. Nice quiet area but very close to all of Daytona's activities. Convenience store located across the street and one of Daytonas best restaurants, especially for breakfast, Adam's Egg is located right on the property.
Please note, the induction stovetop has safety features. It must have a pan on the burner and you need push the button.

Pros: Looked like the pictures.Host was nice and reachable by phone.Beach area behind condo wasn't crowded.Cons: The pullout couch/bed sheets where dirty (had sand and what looked like burns). We changed them with the included bed sheets.

Just Right

We enjoyed our stay very much the room was the perfect size for me and my two young children. We enjoyed the pool and being able to run to the beach whenever we wanted. It was also close to all the Daytona Attractions.

First time VRBO

I knew it was a studio apartment, but wasn't expecting it to be as cramped as it was. The air always seemed damp, but maybe that's the nature of being at the beach?The balcony was nice-- we could see and hear the surf from there. We'd never been to Daytona Beach, so enjoyed the locale. Jayne was very helpful while we were there.

Daytona gem

We loved everything about our stay. Jayne was awesome and very prompt on getting back to us. The room was spotless and we lived our welcome basket. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Amazing home away from home

The property owner was amazing! Great communication and very informative. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Great location and the unit was very clean, very comfortable and had everything I needed for a months stay.

The property was in a terrific location. Anything you wanted was right there. The condo had a few issues. There was sand on the floor after the cleaning service left. The Murphy bed had a thin mattress, not comfortable.

Honeymoon getaway

So we found this place back in April for our honeymoon and loved it online so we decided to book it. It asked the reason for our stay so I put honeymoon, all these months later ms. Jayne remembered and left us to glass jars for sand that said honeymoon and a welcome bag! The place was clean and beautiful! The bed was comfy and even though there’s 1 or 2 pools out of commission there’s still one pool that’s big enough to get in and cool off. The only disappointment was the beach. But no one is to blame for that but Mother Nature. During high tides there’s practically no beach because of the hurricanes last year but we were still able to get out on the beach a few times for a few hours and had a blast! I would definitely stay here again. Great price, great location, and great host!!

Not what expected

The owner was great to deal with but sadly the place was not quite as expectedThe chairs on the balcony were so high and uncomfortable that we didn't feel safe seating on them ,the couch smelled of terrible sweat, the air fryer was disgusting with standing puddle of grease in it, there was nodish soap nor a stopper in the kitchen sink so you could wash the dishes. The towels were very worn and stained. The pool close to the unit was closed and the other pool was quite aways away. stangreasegregreestandiand stunk

I'm very sorry your stay did not live up to your expectations. I take pride in my units and have never had any complaints on cleanliness before. I wish you had contacted me and I would have sent dish soap and had the air fryer cleaned. I'm not sure what you smelled on the sofa as it is always vacuumed and disinfected after each stay. I had just been there and did not smell anything but I will certainly have it checked. I bought the high stools for the balcony as they make it better to view the ocean.

The unit was clean. Bed was comfortable. The host could use some etiquette in hosting guests in her unit. Does not respond to emails, ONLY replies on the VRBO app. She was not helpful with questions with the broken laundry facilities or the free wifi. The description says it sleeps four, it was onlt two of us and we we had no room. No one was at the front desk for a few days to help with a parking pass, we got it ourselves. Left a day early because we were not happy.

I already wasn't feeling good, but ofcourse it was too late to cancel. :/ I double checked with the host before coming that the pool was heated and there was beach access. However when I arrived, the pool was freezing and the access to the beach is still completely fenced/bricked off. She was unaware that the heating in the pool had just been repaird that day and it was still trying to heat up, but was freezing at the time of our arrival in the evening. You can still get to the beach, you just have to walk towards the road go around a fence to the next door lot and then walk back to the beach. I'd been here before and the beach access was easy and open. So they're still working on something. With all of that being said, I found another place to stay and Jayne gave me a full refund. She was quick to respond. The apartment is small, as listed and stated, but is clean and nice.

Awesome place!

This condo was so nice! Everything was just as the pictures show and the host was very nice. She communicated well with us and helped whenever we needed it. Check in and out was very easy. There was plenty of entertainment in the condo and it was stocked well. We just wish it had more silverware and a pair of scissors. Condo was very clean when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable. The signs at the place say you need a parking pass however, the office does not have set hours so it is hard to get one. We do not think the pass is a big deal if there is no one there to give you one! Also there is still construction going on but it makes the beach in front of the condo less busy! The only real issue we had was with the beach access. There is not a formal one from the condos but one on the plot of land next door. Its not a long walk but is still a bit annoying. This is not something the host can fix so it will not effect our review! Overall we had a great time and it was a great place to stay!

Ocean was visible once we went out on the balcony. Very nice secluded/private place. We had a great time. Great value for the money. A few things needed patching up and fixing but that’s just the property manager side of me. All in all great spot very close to pretty much everything.

Good place, Bad communication

The building is older, but great location, awesome pools and patio, and everyone was so nice. I’d give the property/room 5 stars. However, I give the host 0 stars. Check-in was at 3pm, and at 2pm, 2:30pm and 3pm I sent messages about check-in instructions and got no reply. Finally at 3:30pm I called VBRO who had to call the owner and transferred to me. The excuse was “Spring Breakers left a mess and I’m helping the maid clean, it should be ready in an hour”. I understand things happen, but communicate that or at least reply to messages. All I was sent was the room number and keypad code. Every other VBRO I’ve stayed over the years have a binder, paper or email with instructions for the stay. I had no clue how to get on the wireless internet (my three kids couldn’t use their tablets), I didn’t know where the laundry room was (I ended up searching every floor for it), and there was no instructions about check-out (what to do with dishes/trash/laundry/etc). Some hosts even give you insider tips on the best local restaurants and such.

I'm really sorry Melissa I was unable to immediately respond to your messages. I am normally very good about it but that day was an exception. I was working very hard to get all 4 of my units done in time for all new check ins and don't scrimp on cleaning. Time got away from me so again I apogize. You could have called me however for the wifi code or the check in questions as my number should be included in the initial email. You are right about the binder and I am in process of making one. Thank you for that suggestion.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It is right on the beach, everyone in the complex is so friendly and laid back. Its within walking distance of many things and just a quick drive to others yet far enough not to be noisy. (Except bike week. Theres always bike week lol)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Mid sized complex so nothing is ever overcrowded. Near everything but far enough so noise isn't a problem.
