This cozy studio will be exactly what you need for your next beach vacation! It'll be the perfect place to retreat after a fun day on the beach. The studio has a TV w/Roku, fridge, sink, and a small kitchenette for a little cooking you may want to do and you can rest your head on the queen size bed. There is a full spacious bathroom with tiled shower. Can enjoy some of beachy air while on the back patio too.

The studio is about a 1 minute walk to the beach, very close! If don't want to make the short journey down to the beach and just want to enjoy some rays next to the pool, not a big deal because it's a couple seconds walk from the home! You're going to love your time here! Book it before it's gone!

Parking for 1 vehicle. Parking is very tight, so large vehicles be warned.

Grill has been removed from back patio.

Great Location, clean and safe!!

We loved our stay here, very clean and inviting. Great little patio outside and so close to beach access. We also loved that it was a little away from the crowded end of the area but still so easy to find everything we needed. Easy check in and access to the condo as well. Thank you Kenny!!!!

Cute!

Perfect place for 2! My daughter and I did a quick getaway. Literally right across the street for public access. Cute little patio out back, bed was super comfortable. I definitely go back again.

Review

Nice unit with good beach access. Hot water didn't work in the kitchen. Hot tub wasn't working.

Glad you enjoyed yourself. Wish I had known about the hot water while you were visiting so could have addressed it. I've reached out to my maintenance people to look into it though. Not sure about the hot tub but will mention it to the owner so they can reach out to the HOA about it. I'm sure they will get it up and running soon, if not already. Come back again soon! :)

Quiet and Enjoyable

Room was small with no view. But the price was right for a quick get away weekend. Quick walk to the Beach and just far enough away from the crazy PCB traffic that it was quiet and enjoyable.

Good Place

Check in was made difficult by the other group renting the shared unit. It took a 1/2 hr to contact host and eleviate the confusion. The grill on the patio was dilapidated, unclean, and needs to be replaced. We were pleased with the overall stay, and would return for another visit.

It was an innocent mistake on the guests part above parking in your spot. I'm sorry, it happened at all and the inconvenience. We have not had that issue ever before. However, I don't recall it taking 30 minutes to get the parking issue resolved. When you called, I answered right away. I then called the guests above about moving their car from your spot. They moved their car out of your spot right away. The thing was resolved in 5-10 minutes max. Thank you for letting me know about the grill. I'll talk to the owners about getting a new one. Love to have you back anytime. Best regards!

Julie I'm sorry about the hot water. I can't correct things though if I don't know about them, unfortunately. The guests above informed me and we had the issued corrected that same day. The pilot lite for the hot water heater went bad and we had it fixed. I checked up on them throughout their trip to make sure it was still working good and they told me it was great. I wish I had known during your time and would have got it fixed right away. Regarding the beach towels, we let guests know in the check in info and listing that those are not included. There may be some places here that do it but the majority only provide bath towels, not beach. I know that the pool people dropped the ball for a couple days in the community pool but I know that has been corrected and is cleaned and good again. Wish you the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for peace and quiet, do not rent this apartment. We did not get any sleep the entire week we were there because of the running and stomping from the people above us. The structure of this building was not thought out very good.

Just satisfactory

First, like the property is described parking is TIGHT. Crew cab trucks beware! I would not rent again based on the parking. There were some cosmetic things that were an issue and reported them to the property manager when checking out. He was very receptive and appreciated my feedback and I every confidence he will address them. They were not sever enough to report during our stay (e.g. some lights were out, Toliet seat missing bolt, saw a couple of bugs, dishwasher would not turn on). The condo felt more like a hotel with an efficiency kitchen. It was satisfactory for the two of us. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

We wanted to love it!

I’ll start with the best…5 stars on location to the beach! Places to eat, within walking distance, although the summer heat makes it unbearable. The studio could use imagination and deep cleaning! From the moment we arrived, the outside was unkept, I wasn’t sure if it was ready for us. The inside looked cleaned, until you got comfortable and started to notice it all… back patio had a dirty ashtray, coffee cup and lid left under the small patio table. A bbq grill that is literally falling apart from the inside, gross hair balls in the corners of the shower, overhead lights in shower didn’t work, overhead fan didn’t work, not all electrical outlets worked, the pool was another area that needed some attention… lounge chairs weren’t safe to sit on, broken legs. We were sleeping on a QUEEN size bed ( NOT a KING, I slept for 5 nights on a soiled bloody pillow, (by the house rules, you have to remove bed linens), it wasn’t pleasant to see that! Especially in these COVID days!! Cleaning and Sanitizing is so crucial! I did send a detailed message to Kenny. He responded with gratitude. He said he’d look into these issues. Hopefully he will follow through and this cleaning company sharpens their skills. This studio has so much potential with the right amount of tlc. I admit the price point is reasonable but no matter what you pay, all should be clean and functional.

Disappointing Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What started out, the first three days, as decent. It quickly became an undesirable situation. The minor construction, became major construction, effecting our stay. The tight parking was exasperated by the construction worker's trucks. After talking to the property manager, they cleaned the pool, and hot tub. This helped immensely. And the proximity to the beach, helped alleviate some of the discomfort. Getting some money back was greatly appreciated, as the owner didn't realize how the construction effected our stay. This was not a normal situation, and I'm sure the studio is a good choice, for a short stay. We stayed 20 days!

Great location

Location was great, nice room, not exceptionally clean and hot tub was green with algae, pool needed vacuumed. Overall was a good place to stay. I would definitely rent again!
