Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with hand rails and a removable shower head. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. Amazing view - nice condo

Was great to just watch the boats go up and down the channel - literally a front row seat on the balcony. The unit is a little older and worn, and could have used a few more kitchen supplies (Only a couple forks and spoons) but when we were there it was all about the view.

This is the best place to stay in Charlevoix

The front desk personnel were friendly and extremely professional and helpful. After having disappointing experiences with several other hotels and inns in town, this is by far the best place to stay in Charlevoix.

Cozy condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was everything needed for a nice family getaway. The convenience of location was outstanding right in the middle of downtown so shopping, eating, and the water were just a short walk. The views on the balcony were gorgeous the young children that traveled with us loved watching the bridge go up and down when boats were coming through the canal. The fireplace was the perfect touch for the chilly weather that we experienced and made staying inside a little easier. It felt very clean and well taken care of.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the Edgewater is wonderful, close to downtown with a beautiful view of the water. But was disappointed this year with our experience. We stayed from Sunday night through Wednesday night. Room was not ready / not cleaned for the 4pm check in time on Sunday. And then the next day we did not get fresh towels and no coffee and no trash removed. We did have service the following days. I didn't like the fact that it was not staffed 24 hours at the front desk. I did not like the fact that only the front door had a keypad for access after hours. Was difficult to go up the steps for handicap people and not be able to use the ramp door. On the positive side, when staff was available at the front desk, they were very friendly and helpful. And the view from the room is awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing view that cannot be beat. However, the room smelled musty like floor water damage in kitchen? Toilet in bath had a nasty ring around it, and a bed matress that had a huge hump in the middle( needs to be replaced)! Everything else was great!

Great location and nice property

We had a late check in so we didn’t have an opportunity to see any management staff. The process to get the key was easy though. One thing we would have liked was to know ahead of time that the hot tub was not available. Also there was no wash cloth or sponge for washing dishes. The location was great to get to the ski resorts and the property was clean and well kept.
