Stay in the heart of Over-the-Rhine, one of Cincinnati’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods. Located on Vine Street just steps from Washington Park, restaurants, bars, shops, Findlay Market, and the streetcar, Over-The-Vine puts you right in the middle of everything OTR has to offer.
This historic condo combines classic Cincinnati character with comfortable modern amenities, including a king bed, free garage parking, outdoor deck, fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, exposed brick, and queen sleeper sofa.
IMPORTANT ACCESS NOTE: This is a 4th-floor walk-up with NO ELEVATOR. Guests must be comfortable walking up three full flights of stairs to reach the condo.
Over-The-Vine is located on the top floor of the historic Parvis Lofts, giving you a tucked-away retreat above the heart of OTR. The condo is the only unit on the fourth floor and includes a spacious outdoor deck with seating, perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or a glass of wine in the evening.
Inside, you'll find restored hardwood floors, exposed brick, large windows, vintage-inspired details, and plenty of natural light throughout the space.
The open-concept living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-size sleeper with a gel mattress, along with a 50-inch 4K Roku TV for relaxing after a day exploring Cincinnati.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, spices, and other essentials for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to dinner at home. Enjoy your meal at the dining table, kitchen counter, or outside on the deck.
The oversized bedroom features an incredibly comfortable memory foam king-size bed, a second TV, dresser and drawer storage, and closet space.
The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and plenty of room to get ready before heading out for the evening.
You'll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer, especially convenient for longer stays.
One of our favorite perks is free garage parking for one vehicle at Mercer Garage, just a short walk from the condo, which is a major convenience when staying in the heart of OTR.

Lovely urban getaway! Great area with downtown & adjacent areas in close proximity. Sweet shops in the area right outside your door. We also enjoyed the free transportation (Connector) to get around the area. (Wow, go Cincinnati!) Just be very, very aware, the climb to the 4th floor can be tough if you aren't up for it, and the step downs from one level to another aren’t always even. Overall we had a great time!

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment is very well located and we were able to walk to all of our activities. It was very helpful to have the garage pass included with our stay. Once we parked the car, we did not need it. We highly recommend staying here and plan to be back in the future.

We loved this place for the 2 of us. It looks recently renovated, just beautiful. The bed was very comfy, and there were plenty of extra pillows, as well as towels and space in the bathroom. Nice products in the shower, including extra storage for anything you bring. A few things that were different than pictured that we appreciated: There are curtains between the living room and bedroom; and there are lights on each night stand. Although the 3 flights of stairs aren't your typical stairway, they were easily navigated with a thorough PDF. Then you are the only people on the top of the building, which is so nice, especially first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee and the birds in the tree next to you! BEST Bonus: the parking pass!

What a great location for this condo. It is located in the heart of Cincinnati, yet when you're inside the condo you would never know you are in the middle of a major US city. Parking (free and provided with your stay) is a short walk (about 1 block) down the street in a garage. Be sure to grab ice cream at the corner ice cream shop. We also visited the Findlay Market which is about a 10-minute walk from the condo (get there early for best selection and to avoid the crowd). We also went to a Reds game. Although we drove to the game, it is very walkable if you so choose. For the price, you can't beat the value of this condo.

The location was perfect! We loved everything about our stay! The place was very clean and it had what we needed. It was close to restaurants and bars which we wanted. We met so many wonderful people! We will come back!

Great location, so may places within a very short walking distance. The included garage pass is a huge plus and the parking garage is super close. The place was very clean and everything inside was really nice. Easy check in.

Place is even cuter than the pictures! Very clean, convenient to restaurants! Enjoyed. The only complaint is that stairway lights are out from 3rd to 4th floor.

Had a wonderful stay…the condo was clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need…and so many things to do in the area…definitely will look to come back…the host was fantastic, super helpful and prompt about answering questions, and very detailed check in and out instructions…highly recommended

The condo is the only unit on the fourth floor of the historic Parvis Lofts and features exposed brick, restored hardwood floors, large windows, a king-size memory foam bed, queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a spacious outdoor deck.
