Cette unité est loin de tout le bruit de fond, mais bien assez près pour entendre les sons réconfortants de vagues qui roulent sur le rivage. Les chambres spacieuses sont munies d'environ 1370 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Le condo offre une grande chambre de maître face à l'océan. Laissez le lit king size vous consommez et se réveiller rafraîchi que vous vous faire dorloter dans la douche de plain-pied surdimensionnée avec des têtes doubles. Un lit queen est prévu dans la deuxième chambre avec tout le confort de la maison. Un placard unique de Treasure Island et canapés convertibles offres confort de couchage pour quatre personnes de plus superposé.

Service de plage gratuit! Les chaises de plage et parasol disposés pour vous tous les jours sur la plage à partir de début Mars à la mi-Octobre. Une valeur de 100 $ de votre gratuitement simplement en louant avec CONBAR propriétés.

Flat Panel TV dans toutes les chambres. COMCAST X-Finity HD TV dans la vue de la vie à tous vos canaux HD préférés. WI-FI disponible dans tout le complexe.

Cette unité est le quatorzième (14ème étage) et est entièrement meublé et a été décoré professionnellement. Une fois que vous vous garez vous aurez jamais à revenir dans votre voiture et vous ne voudrez pas. Plusieurs restaurants notables sont à distance de marche et profiter de la musique et des spectacles à l'un des favoris locaux; Schooner est sur la plage. Commander une pizza de Vinny, à pied de Patches Pub pour la couleur locale ou visiter Seafood and Steak de Scampy juste à côté du parking au Treasure Island.

Treasure Island est loin de toutes les zones de circulation intense. Si vous avez déjà été à PCB au cours de la période de pointe que vous savez comment le trafic peut venir à une halte de meulage sur Front Beach Road. Prenez Thomas Drive to Back Beach Road (98) ou Middle Beach Rd (Hutchinson Blvd) et éviter le trafic. Plusieurs destinations notables sont à quelques minutes, y compris Pier Park.

Thomas Drive est paisible et si vous voulez vous éloigner de tout, cet endroit est fait. Le gratte-ciel lui-même est relativement nouveau, ayant été construit en 2005. Cap tout cela avec un grand balcon avec une vue spectaculaire. Réservez dès aujourd'hui et profitez de chambres spacieuses avec de nombreux équipements.

Great Family Getaway

Unit was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in many condos in PCB over the years and this kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in! Just like home! The Property Manager Gerry is absolutely wonderful. He is so quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation - wonderful condo

Very nice spacious condo. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed at treasure island resort last year. This year we wanted to stay there again and seen the VRBO listing. The condo was better equipped and was very clean. Great reserved parking space. Elevators were not a long wait even at peak times of day. Plenty of luggage carts.

Great time at Treasure Island

This was our first time staying at Treasure Island , after years of going to Panama City . What a treat ! The property is very clean , the staff very friendly and it is the closest condo to the ocean that we have ever been in . The view was outstanding . This is the quieter end of the beach and we loved it . We will definitely be back !

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was very nice and super clean! Great location with beach service. The owner was extremely helpful and contacted us several times prior to our stay and again after check-in. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We loved that the parking was so close to the elevator as well as the unit. We enjoyed our week here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location!

Let me say this condo did not disappoint. It was spotless and decorated great. Fully stocked. Nothing we needed that wasn't there. July 4th week and not one time did we wait on a cart to pack or unpack car. (Big deal) Never waited on the elevator. This was the best condo I've stayed in at Panama City in years. Will recommend to all I know

Wonderfully stocked and GREAT communication

This beach trip was EXACTLY what we needed! With the craziness of 2020, Gerard was so gracious to answer all our questions and uncertainty with kindness. He was true to his word and helpful with tips on the beach service. The condo itself was spotless and well stocked with kitchen items. I LOVED that! There were photo instructions left around the room to answer every question from the remote usage to the check out procedure. We will definitely rent from him again in the future.

Fabulous Condo!!!!!

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful condo. We loved everything. I have been to PCB many times and stayed in lots of condos in the past, but this was by far the best. The condo was amazing and very comfortable. The covered parking was nice and convenient. We never went to the pool because the beach chairs made hanging out on the beach so great. This was my first time using VRBO and the owner was so accommodating and helpful. He answered all my questions and sent all information very quickly. I will hopefully be staying here again in the future. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful place. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this unit for my first VRBO experience. I would totally recommend this owner and this unit if you are looking for an great value and an outstanding rental experience. Jane - Evansville, IN

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved our stay at this condo! It is a huge condo and it was more than enough space for our group of five. The kitchen is large and well stocked with the necessities. The pantry is really small but it was not an issue for us at all. The master bedroom is the perfect size and the master bathroom and master closet are huge. Our three 20-something girls shared the guest bath and it was a great size for them. One of the girls slept in the bunk closet and she loved it. The condo has a large laundry room that was well used while we were there! The condo also has a huge balcony and the view cannot be beat. The balcony has a lot of seating which made it great for us. There are no negatives I can say about this condo or about dealing with Gerry. This is the second condo we've rented from Conbar and the experience is so seamless and effortless that it makes the vacation that much better. Gerry is always available if we need him and any question we've ever had is always answered quickly! We loved it and will continue to rent from Gerry!

We had a wonderful time here! By far one of the cleanest I've walked into on the first day. Communication with property manager was pleasant. Beach chairs with the room is so nice. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

This condo was perfect! You go right to your room directly off of the elevator. Parking is the closest possible to the elevators. This is the least walking I've ever had to do in a condo for PCB. The room was beautiful and well stocked. We will definitely be back.

AMAZING Condo and fantastic owners!

We REALLY enjoyed our stay and the condo was awesome! Very clean and well organized. I was very impressed with all the little things that made it even better like the Dawn soap, cascade pods, laundry detergent, and tons of kitchen supplies! LOVED the dual head walk in shower in the master bedroom! The master bedroom closet provided an air pump, which we needed for floaties! Lots of extra pillows, bedding and blankets! The laundry room was very spacious and I appreciated the full size washer and dryer. A huge smart TV in the living room already set up with several streaming services was VERY handy! SO nice to have such a well stocked condo with nice cookware, silverware, cutlery, etc. We've stayed in lots of other places that were bare bones. We were even more grateful bc our grocery order wasn't ready for the first day and 1/2! So all the little extas I listed above came in very handy! The owners are very nice and so quick to respond. Our unit was actually cleaned and ready a few hours earlier than the standard check in time, and Gerry txt’d me right away to let us know. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Perfect condo on the quiet side of town

We loved staying here. It was in the perfect location for us. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of town yet everything we needed was quickly reachable. Within 5 minutes you had your choice of grocery stores and gas stations. You had multiple restaurant choices that we easily walkable along with souvenir and ice cream shops. The beach and pool were easy to use and the chair rental was perfect. We hope to stay again some time.

Best Choice Ever

Everything was amazing! Guerry was great with communication, I asked many many questions, and he always responded immediately. The description of the condo was accurate, and was great. There was so much room. Everything that we needed in the kitchen, was there! The view was breath taking! Look forward to staying again, in the near future.

Outstanding Condo with Tons of Room

This was a beautiful condo, with so much room (these rooms are so much bigger than most condos in PCB). We had 8 stay part of the week and had plenty of room! Parking provided for one vehicle and parking for visitor. (we did have an issue with someone in our assigned parking space, but Gerard helped us get it resolved within a day.) Would definitely recommend. Overall condominium was kept very clean. Large Pool and patio area + gas grills available for use by the parking deck! We went Senior Week and this condo is located near St. Andrews State Park - which is away from the main crowded strip. We Loved It!

It is a beautiful condo, full of ammenities. Everything was effortless. There is plenty of space to accomodate a family. It is quiet and the view is breathtaking. Our host was attentive, organized and reliable. There were even directions to the condo. It was a wonderful experience.

1st vacation since Covid

This unit is perfect! It is beautiful with excellent ocean front views. The balcony is large with comfortable seating and also a table and chairs. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning out there. The king size bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a side by side refrigerator and ice maker. There is a full size washer/dryer unit that works efficiently and quickly. We had more room in this unit than we needed but plan to return and bring kids and grandkids next time. There is a dedicated parking spot with easy access to the elevator on level 4. The unit is the first unit from the elevator on the 14th floor. It is a short and easy walk to the beach. This unit has chairs included which is wonderful!!! Everyone who works at Treasure Island are friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan to return. The unit was exactly as pictured and everything was clean and in good working condition. We prefer this location as it is close to our favorite restaurants and away from the hustle and bustle of Pier Park.

Awesome Vacation

The condo was amazing number 1407 of Treasure Island. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo was very clean and super comfortable, especially the king size memory foam bed!! The view from the balcony was fantastic, seeing the emerald coast line and dolphins playing right off the coast. Property owner Gerry also super nice and easy to get in touch with. He texted me on arrival to make sure the room was ok and was able to get in touch with him for any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Much needed vacay!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Treasure Island condominiums in PCB!!! The weather was perfect and the beaches were beautiful!! Gerry was so easy to work with and the unit was comfortable and clean!
