Smoke free, 4 bed 2 bath split level home on NE side of Cedar Rapids. This place has all you need for a comfortable stay in Cedar Rapids!

3 bedrooms on upper level with full bathroom, well equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms. Lower level has the master bedroom, 2nd living room, laundry room, another full bathroom and wet bar/kitchenette.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains and blinds.

Floors are either tile, hardwood or luxury vinyl planks - no dust trapping carpets.

Kitchen is stocked with microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Brita water filter, complimentary tea & coffee supplies, dishes, pots & pans needed to cook a meal.

We provide all of the amenities you need including toilet paper, linens, towels, soaps & shampoos.

3 Roku TV's available to stream your favorite content (one TV in each living room and in the master bedroom).

Guest access
You will have the entire house. Garage is off limits and used by the host for storage. Let us know if you need the garage (for longer stays), we should be able to accommodate with an advanced notice.

Main door equipped with keyless entry (smartlock) for worry free 24/7 check-in/out. Lockbox with a back up key is also available on-site.
