I do want to mention that we have onsite staff available during your stay who are always happy to assist with any concerns in real time. Had we been notified, we could have promptly brought an additional balcony chair, replaced the smoke alarm battery, and provided assistance with the TV instructions to ensure everything was fully functional and comfortable for you. Please know that the smoke alarm battery being disconnected is not our standard, and we take safety matters very seriously. This has been addressed with our team. We also understand that layout preferences can vary, particularly in coastal condos where space is designed to maximize comfort and views. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen table area and will keep it in mind.
