Welcome to Sun Kiss, a well appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner unit located in Ocean View Manor, just south of the Flagler Beach Pier. This unit is just a short drive away from the center of Flagler Beach with activities, restaurants and shopping. Gamble Rodgers State Park and recreation areas are within walking distance to the north and south. 
Ocean View Manor is a 9-story, residential condominium located right across the street from the Atlantic ocean. Located on the 2nd floor, this unit features a remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, loaded with everything you may need. A dining table for 4, spacious living room with balcony access & pull out sofa. The bedroom offers a king size bed and television. Bathroom features a tub/shower combo, commode and single sink.
Whether you are sitting in the living room, cooking in the kitchen or having a bite to eat, you will enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean while on vacation. Wrap around balcony also provides sights to the West.
Walk right across the street to your private dune walk over! Don't feel like going to the beach? Ocean View Manor also features a beautiful swimming pool.
Golfers can take advantage of several public golf courses within a 20 minute drive.
This unit makes the perfect day trip to several attractions! Conveniently located just 30 minutes north of downtown Daytona Beach, 50 minutes south to downtown St. Augustine and 90 minutes to Disney World!

Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage for standard vehicles OR motorcycles only. Maximum height for garage parking is 6â2â. If you have an oversized vehicle, you will have to park in unassigned parking in front of the building.
No RV's, trailers, boats, or motorhomes are allowed on site.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
You will receive one master key that gives access to the building and the pool area, the unit has a keyless entry feature. Garage door remote inside the unit.
This unit is on the 2nd floor...heck yes, there is an elevator!
Pool Hours are 8am to 9pm. Sorry but the pool is not heated.
