This is our 2nd time staying here. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the home is beautiful and so spacious. The communication with Mark, the host, was great! My family had a wonderful time!
Awesome house everything was just as expected. Pool was awesome got lots of use out of it. Overall beautiful house in quite neighborhood, lots of sleeping space. Awesome open concept with poker table and pool table. Will definitely rent again when in the valley.
We had a group of 11 this year. We had plenty of space and sleeping quarters. Plenty of towels. We did use the washer/dryer, stove top, refrigerator, blender, microwave, and dishwasher. All appliances worked well. Looking forward to staying here again next year.
The house is beautiful and big to where we had plenty of space for our invited guest we highly recommend this beautiful house and mark the host was very attentive thank you
Mark was an outstanding host to my family and I. Anytime I had a question he responded immediately with the right answer. Mark and the location of the house made our vacation very enjoyable. I would highly recommend the house to anyone who is looking for space, comfort and a great location to local entertainment. Thank you Markđ
We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was what we expected. Pool was great, clean. House was big enough for all us. Would highly recommend it. Definitely stay there again.
The house was beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 people ages 38-77. We had plenty of room to move, sleep & relax between church services. I hope to stay in Mr. Markâs house again next year.
First time renting this house and we loved it. Very open and room for alot of people. Pool table and poker table in open area very nice as well as the pool area. Recommend staying here.
Came with a few folks from work for business and this place was PERFECT! Each bedroom had ultimate privacy and its own bathroom. Beautifully furnished, TONS of room. Great for working space and relaxation. Great host, very simple process. Coming back here soon with friends/family!
Loved: Spacious home to accommodate family of 14 including kids age 4-17. Covered parking. Mark was a good host. Any questions we had, he answered quickly. Thank you for addressing the A/C issue before we arrived. Enjoyed the heated pool. Disliked: Mosquitoes. Outdoor Jacuzzi wouldnât heat or didnât work. Needs improvement: There was enough dish soap to wash 1 nights dishes. The soap in the clear glass dispenser in the kitchen was not for making dish water. There was no Rinse Agent (Jet Dry or other brand) for the dishwasher which made it hard to clean when using the dishwasher. Some dishes had to be hand washed after cleaning cycle. There were no TVâs in any of the four bedrooms. There were 2 TVâs in the whole house. The TV in the play room had to be turned off and on numerous times before it would allow signal to Play Station. Could be that the Internet is too far from the room or TV is old. The master bath suite needs bigger towels and should have at least 6 towels (face, hand, dry) of each size in it. The jacuzzi in the master bath didnât work only serves as a tub. It would be nice if there were at least two long mirrors in the home (over the door in bathrooms).
The house was spacious, easy access to many locations. The owner was easy to communicate. Kitchen was adequately stocked. One TV not connected to cable, apps or subscriptions needed.
The pool never reached a temperature acceptable to swim in. Same issue with spa, temperature never reached a acceptable "hot tub" temperature.
The ironing board is a table top ironing board.
Home is beautiful and very spacious! Great for my family to meet and vacation with us. Mark was helpful and responded immediately when I had any questions. It certainly was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

My Grandfather designed this home in 1983 to feel open and with extra space. This home was built for privacy and remodeled/decorated for relaxation. Weather you want to escape to the media room and watch a movie on the 60 inch t.v. with dvd player or enjoy the gym which features a treadmill and exercise equipment. Kids can enjoy a toy area in the media room. The large chefs kitchen features a double oven and cook top and living room areas a open and can be enjoyed with playing pool or enjoying the poker table and features a 60 inch smart t.v. Also if you would like to have some quiet time you can read a book and enjoy the lounge seating area. If you enjoy outdoors you can enjoy the sunrise coffee on the front patio seating area, or the pool and spa area which features: granite table bar area, hammock, sun loungers and umbrella with table and chairs. Also enjoy a nice BBQ on the back patio with our charcoal grill. A few fun facts: The home that you are standing in today was inspired by a 10,000 square-foot mansion that my grandfather lived in on Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota. The mansion was named Walden (google it) The home was built by the son of quaker oats company. The Husband sunk in a titanic and my grandfather bought the home years later. (The husband and wife were on their way to Europe to buy furniture for the house). The home has been recently remodeled by me and decorated by my sister which lives in Minnesota. The wood carvings on top of the doorways throughout the living area were hand carved by Carpenter out of Matamoros Mexico.
You will have access to the entire property except for areas, in those areas are marked with no entry signs. Those areas are the following: closet in front hallway by half bath, pantry by kitchen, water heater closet in master bathroom And closet in master bathroom. One important point to the backyard pool area is that both gates accessing the front of the home stay locked at all times. The only way anybody or a child can get to the pool is through the back patio door. The back patio door has a child alarm on the door frame, with a button on the outside and the button on the inside to bypass the alarm to come in and outside. If the bypass button is not pushed on inside or outside it will sound off the alarm. The alarm is intended for children not to be able to access the pool area without an adult.
