2 large covered decks you'll be able to relax or entertain while enjoying stunning sunrises and sounds of the ocean. This home boasts over 3,500 sq feet with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is 75 feet from the ocean. Open concept kitchen and great room with panoramic views of the beach. Great room showcases a custom shiplap electric fireplace. From the balcony deck you will be able to see the Flagler Pier, Flagler Winery and Golden Lion!

Take a 30 minute drive north up A1A to visit historic St. Augustine where you'll find Castillo de San Marcos and many unique restaurants and shops. Explore the famous Daytona Beach Speedway 30 minutes south or Orlando’s theme parks about 90 minutes away west. This home is situated in the ideal location to walk everywhere in town. You'll find The Golden Lion one block south and Break Awayz one block north. Walk out onto the famous Flagler Beach Pier, charter a boat at Bings Landing, or relax in front of your vacation home on the famous golden coquina beach. Nearby is also Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area. Take the kids 12 min north to James F Memorial Park in Palm Coast to visit the 10,000 sq foot splash pad.

We also have pack and plays and strollers available by request. There is an elevator for guests and parking for 5 cars.

**House Rules**
1. This is a completely NON SMOKING home. Do not book this home if anyone in your party is a smoker. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, including the driveway and balcony. The reservation will be cancelled without refund.
2. NO Pets or animals.
3. All music and loud noise must be turned down by 11pm per the city noise ordinance. We have close neighbors please be mindful and treat this as your own home.
4. We have an external rental agreement that needs to be signed within 48 hours of booking. We require a valid photo ID of the guest who is booking the reservation. Please email the information to saltygatorflagler@gmail.com so they can be listed on agreement.
5. $1500 credit card hold is required for the security deposit in the external agreement.
6. No violence, fighting or drugs.
7. No urinating outside.
8. There are outdoor cameras that monitor for security only. They cannot be tampered with.
9. No additional guests other than those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and rental will be subject to cancellation without refund.
10. No parties or events.

House rules are strictly enforced. Breaking any house rule is subject to immediate cancellation without refund of unused nights and loss of security deposit.

The house is beautiful and there are so many thoughtful amenities-elevator for those who need it, retractable gate for the stairs, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, etc. The location is fantastic. It’s right across the street from the beach and you can walk to restaurants and bars. Kristen was very responsive and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property in a great location!

We had a larger group and this home accommodated all of us perfectly! Plenty of space for us to spread out or hang out together. Kitchen is fairly well appointed, so we could make meals in, but walking distance to several great restaurants as well. Easy access to the beach, and everything you need for a fun day by the water!

We came to celebrate a family wedding in Daytona Beach. This was a great place for a multi generation family to stay. Access to the beach fantastic. Lots of restaurants available. Would love to come back again

Family Togetherness

Our family really enjoyed the house as it was very welcoming and created a very relaxing atmosphere with it's open floor plan and spacious accommodations. The proximity to the beach walkway and surrounding restaurants made for a very easy walk with the grandchildren. There was plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy all that this property has to offer.

Wonderful beach home

This beautiful home offered us everything we needed for a wonderful week for our family. From the roomy,open space with all cooking needs, to the large table for evening games, to the garage with anything you would need for the beach. Amazing home and amazing location

The property was exactly as described and contained everything you'd need to enjoy chilling and enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. We had 11 people for the trip and the house was very accommodating and no one had any complaints. Would absolutely book this place again.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect. The location is amazing. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all in walking distance. The house itself is gorgeous and there was plenty of room for our extended family. The house had amenities for our little ones too! Property managers were easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend and so excited to plan our next vacation here.

Fabulous Week for Our Beach Bash 2024

We had an incredible stay at The Salty Gator house! It's the perfect location - directly across the street from beach access, walk to restaurants and bars, and fun things to do all around. The house is large and spacious for a big family or group, but is comfy for sunrise watching and gathering for game nights. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of toys for beach fun. Kristen was a wonderful host providing lists of their favorites, details of the area and answering lots of questions for planning. :) Boating on the Matanzas was amazing and wine slushies on the beach were delish! We look forward to coming back!

“Absolutely wonderful five-day getaway at Flagler Beach! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, thanks to our super host. The beach house itself was heaven, with a cozy island in the kitchen that quickly became the heart of our family gatherings. Surrounded by plenty of activities, we hardly had to leave the area. Yet, once settled in, the tranquility and peace were unmatched. A truly rejuvenating vacation spot that I highly recommend to anyone seeking serenity by the sea. Must stay here!

My family and I have been going to Flagler beach as long as I can remember and this was by far the most smooth and easiest rental booking we have ever experienced! Amazing beach house!

We loved this rental and I can’t say enough nice things about it. Everything was perfect. It was very clean, well equipped (the under-counter ice maker in the kitchen was a family favorite), comfortable, and gorgeous! It’s right across from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host is quite nice as well. We will be back!

Salty Gator was perfect for us. The main level is where our group lives. Watching movies, sharing meals, drinks on the deck. Then the bedrooms were set away and amazingly quiet. Absolutely everything we could ask for.

A Gem on the Beach

We were looking to escape the Midwest winter for a while, and couldn’t have been happier with our time spent here. The house is brand new, in pristine condition, and beautifully and tastefully furnished. Directly across the street from the beach, the views from the balconies are gorgeous, and you are steps to restaurants and shops. We cooked at home most evenings, which was such a treat in this gorgeous and fully stocked kitchen. Dan and Kristen could not have been more welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We liked it so well, we stayed an extra week. We highly recommend this property!

The Host was very professional and personable. She was willing to answer all my questions prior to the trip, sending an email highlighting nearby restaurants and stores that we could possibly need. The house and view were amazing. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We loved eating at the large island, grilling out back, playing putt putt and walks on the beach which was just across the street. We feel they thought of everything which made it feel like home away from home... I can't wait to visit again... The house is definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Stunning home and location

We chose this property for our family vacation because it met our needs for bedrooms, baths and proximity to restaurants and shops. The pictures of the property also looked beautiful and we were not disappointed. The home is gorgeous and we had plenty of room to enjoy each others company in the spacious family room, kitchen and deck. They had some books and puzzles for the babies/toddlers and a baby gate at each stairway which was a lifesaver. Communication with the host was very easy and we got prompt responses to our questions . I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed this property We highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed.

This home is gorgeous and owners extremely helpful.

Kristen was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our questions prior to check in and was available during the entire period for all questions, and with such graciousness. I’m sure I was a pest. The house is absolutely beautiful, views amazing. Beds ultra comfortable as is all furniture. I felt at home, and not at all ready to leave when it was time. The kitchen was large enough for 6-7 adults to chip in on the cooking, more than enough items and accessories to cook with. There was nothing we needed that they didn’t have. Dishware, glassware, barware, galore. Towels, beach chairs, we only had to bring our clothes! Enjoyed sitting outside each evening on the balcony. Sunset and sunrise. We will definitely return.

Exceptional Experience

Beautiful home in an ideal location. Well worth the money to stay in a well thought-out home that is simply beautiful, comfortable, fully stocked, and easy to move around. Wake up to the sunrise in the main bedroom or watch from the living room or decks outside of each. The beach is just across the street and the DeVicos have supplied things you need to enjoy it like sand toys and beach chairs. Easy walk to get coffee, wine, ice cream, food. Kristen provided detailed recommendations which we regularly referenced. The elevator, two washers/dryers, toddler gates at the top and bottom of 2nd and 3rd floor stairs as well as toddler plates and cups and books were appreciated. Kristen was excellent to work with. You can tell the difference when the owners manage their vacation home rather than a management company. We felt like guests in their home. I could wake up to that sunrise everyday!

Perfection!!

This place is gorgeous! Model home vibes but yet oh so comfy. Our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. The owners have left no detail undone. Can we just start with the kitchen!! I have serious island envy! Just you wait. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with everything even a chef could need. We cooked most of our meals at home and didn’t want for anything. The layout of the house is perfect for spreading out and the beds are SO COMFY! The house is in a perfect location. Only a few blocks from the pier and walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars … and of course right across the street from the beach!! Beautiful views from every window .. water water water .. with daily dolphin sightings. And the sunrise … holy moly I took a thousand pics! Kristen was an absolute dream to work with. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and special. She even accommodated the baby by leaving essentials and toys. Oh and installed baby gates at every staircase landing! She truly thought of everything. Communication was always quick and friendly. Look no further .. this is the place. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Location Location and Space!

I've stayed in homes all over FL. I've used VRBO for almost 20 years for family vacations. This one was the BEST of every one I've been to. The location is really perfect. Directly across from the street(A1A) from the ocean with expansive views out of the entire east side house being floor to ceiling window/doors. Magnificent! Walk to at any of about 15-20 restaurants/ice cream spots/etc without any real effort. We literally did not use our car for a week to go out anywhere! Now, inside the house these folks have clearly done their prep work. Great beds, nice linens and one thing most people ignore, GREAT PILLOWS! I often struggle to sleep out of my own bed but had zero issue here. The kitchen was fully stocked. We literally often bring our own stuff because many VRBO kitchens are less than ready, but this one had everything right down to a fully automated and separated ICE MAKER(this is key for beach trips/filling coolers!). They even stock the bathrooms with toilet paper and hand soap dispensers and not the raggedy little soap you get at many places. Again, these people have done their prep work to make it the best. There are 3 levels and an HVAC system on each level. Clearly expensive HVAC units as I swear I never heard it "running" but it was always very cool. Cool RC fireplace with colors. Separate fridge in the lower level with wet bar. All bathrooms with good water pressure. I give this a 10/10 and hope to come back next year!

Luxury in Flagler Beach!

Our family stayed at this beautiful house the week of Thanksgiving and loved every minute! It is a very spacious new construction house with an amazing layout and gorgeous beach views throughout (including furnished decks on both floors). It is well equipped for cooking and entertaining, has top of the line appliances, stunning design and materials (loved the massive quartz kitchen island!) and the owner was friendly and responsive - great communication! The house is amazing and having rented often in this area, it is not easy to find a house with all of the above! Not to mention, the putting green is very cool and brand new. Lastly, you can walk right into downtown Flagler Beach to enjoy coffee shops, restaurants, and wine bar! So fun! We'll be back! Thank you for a great holiday!

Flagler Beach has always been our favorite place to get away. Our family has had roots in downtown Flagler Beach for over 30 years. This area is one of the few places that still has an old Florida style and small town charm. There are no chain restaurants or hotels. The people are friendly and laid back.
