Family stay

Gathered to celebrate niece’s wedding reception held at Palo Duro Canyon. Perfect location! Close to canyon, town, freeway. Spent time at the house visiting with family and friends and had plenty of room/space. This property made our stay even more enjoyable!

We had a nice time in your home.nice neighborhood and close to Palo Duro Canyon.

It was nice. I would recommend more coffee cups. We had 6 people and only 4 coffee cups.

Hiking with best friends

Stayed 11/6-11/10 Love the home! Our best friends came down from Denver so this was a perfect meet in the middle place. Hiking was wonderful at Palo Duro! Enjoyed a winery and a visit to Amarillo. And the home was very comfortable. Thank you Stef for sharing your home

Clean, comfortable and close to everything

This was great house for our family of 7. The home is spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and it is very conveniently located. The town of Canyon is 5 minutes away and Palo Duro Canyon State park is very close. We hiked every day and also went to the Panhandle Plains museum in town one afternoon when it rained. Highly recommend this home.

Excellent Location!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house is close to Palo Duro Canyon (which was why we were visiting) and convenient to Amarillo as well. Clean, spacious, easy to communicate with host, and the kitchen has most everything you need. Only negative comments are that the kitchen cabinets bang shut and can be heard in the bedrooms - disturbing other guests. Would recommend some felt stoppers to soften the sound.

Great visit with grandpa

Stayed here last year on a visit to see family. Big enough for our family and was a comfy home away from home again. Only wish was for measuring cups when cooking in kitchen. No other complaints. Plenty of towels for all the kids and just enough cups, bowls, and plates for meals at the house. Look forward to next summer visit.

Perfect Spot to visit the Canyon

6 of us went to Palo Duro to visit for a quick wheeling and hiking trip. The wind was crazy, so no hiking occurred :(. The shining spot, was the house! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and essentials, the beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Our host was amazing! She communicated well, was prompt and the home was as listed. We will return on our next trip to hike the canyon!

Check in was very easy. It was nice to have coffee and it was very good coffee. Convenient to the Canyon. One suggestion would be a mat in the tub & shower and possibly a shower chair. Would stay again.

Perfect spot for hiking.

We spent several days hiking in Palo Duro State Park which was wonderful. This was convenient and a great place to come home to after a day in the park.

A Comfortable Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

We recently stayed at this VRBO home while moving our daughter back into college for the fall semester, and it was an excellent experience. The location was very convenient, just a short drive from the university, which made everything so much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, providing a nice retreat after our busy days. The home itself was comfortable and welcoming, with all the amenities we needed. While the beds were a bit firmer than we're used to, they were still comfortable and we slept well. Our host was friendly and readily available for any questions or needs we had during our stay, which we really appreciated. We felt well taken care of, and it added to the positive experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and we’ll definitely choose this home again for future visits. Highly recommended!
