Charming Modern Farmhouse on Working Ranch - Royse City

Enjoy glimpses of horses, cattle and sheep when you stay in our beautiful country farmhouse. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental features hardwood floors, shiplap, farmhouse decor and a 50-inch Smart TV for relaxing movie nights. Located within 15 minutes of Rockwall, Royse City, Quinlan, and SIX wedding venues, our cozy modern farmhouse is in the perfect location while still giving you a taste of ranch life.

The guesthouse is located on a working ranch in a lovely country setting. Horses graze in the pasture behind the house. Take a short walk across the field to say hello to our sheep. In the summer, you'll see a field of sunflowers and zinnias in your front yard.

Beyond the cozy den and kitchen you'll find one bathroom and two well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom holds a dressing table/desk with plugs, while the bathroom has two sinks and mirrors. If you're headed to a wedding or event, several people can get dressed at the same time. The "green room" has a king bed, while the "Texas room" has a queen. Upgraded gel mattress is on the pull out sofa in the den.

Lovely, quaint and adorable Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing Farmhouse. It is decorated beautifully on an idyllic working farm with animals and greenery to enjoy. We can't wait to come back to this quaint and comforting Home away from Home.❤️

The cabin was light and bright and clean! The beds were comfortable, and the host was very communicative and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend if you are in the area!

Delightful cottage

We stayed at the cottage for the eclipse. The cottage was very clean and very charming. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend it if you like staying in the country.

Beautiful peaceful farmhouse

My sister, niece and I spent the weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very beautiful setting. Its not far at all from places to shop for groceries and other items, but is still in the country. Very clean and comfortable.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained! The host went above and beyond to accommodate any of our needs and gave great advice about touring the area! I would definitely recommend renting this unit. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and loved the farm animals especially the horses!!

Top Tier Stay!

My husband kept commenting how great and well thought out everything in the home was. By far one of our top vacation rental stays and perfectly located close enough to a lot of activities while still being secluded. Excellent communication with the host as well as very detailed and helpful instructions. The lovely view and animals were just icing on the cake. Loved everything about our stay.

Beautiful and Quiet -Close to everywhere!

The house was newly updated, clean, there was a wonderful patch of sunflowers near the house. My (adult) kids loved the animals. It only took about 20 minutes to get to everywhere we needed to go. We had a great time.

Great stay in the country

We had a really nice stay at the guest house. It's cozy and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner was great and the property was super clean and plenty of room for our family of four. If you arrive after dark, make sure to follow the directions provided as we drove right past the first time.

A quiet spot in the country, yet close to Rockwall and Royse City! The guesthouse is within 10 minutes of 6 different wedding venues - The Pearl, The White Sparrow, The Springs, Occasions at Stone River, Big Sky, and Little Wren. If you're in the area to attend a wedding, please join us! There are 2 mirrors in the bathroom, and dressing tables with plugs in each of the bedrooms.
