The house is beautiful especially the kitchen. So much room for many hands in the kitchen. Wish there were more bowls to make mango salsa and platters for grilling, but no biggie at all. The only thing it didn’t have was any outdoor umbrellas for sitting on the lounge chairs. Not great for me as I like to sit by the pool under the shade. Fabulous house otherwise!!

I wish you would of communicated the bowls you were looking for, I know is a big kitchen with a lot of cabinets but in one of them are 5 different types of bowls, I would totally guide you to were they are. Im not sure how you missed the pool umbrella: the pool umbrella is sitting right on between the lounge chairs. Please look again at home photos and you will be able to see it. Is a big umbrella that would have covered most of the lounge chairs, is flexible to move around and cover parts of the pool as well. Im sorry the Miscommunication didn’t satisfy your stay.

Great rental, responsive owners

This light, airy home was perfectly located for us. We enjoyed being able to rent for one month. Lots of bedrooms and baths. The hot tub was great, the pool is pretty, and it was nice to have outdoor seating. TVs were good, streaming was easy. Thx for hosting us!

Perfect Stay

Loved our stay and perfect for what we needed. The house was situated btw Palm Beach and Boca where we wanted to be. Jay was very responsive to all our questions and the house was very clean. Daily use of the pool and nightly movies on the big screen made our stay relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to stay

The check in process was easy peasy and the upon entering this beautiful home took our breath away! It was a perfect spot that definitely felt fancy for a group of moms getting a much needed weekend away 😎 Mr Jay checked in to make sure we had what we needed and was quick to respond to any questions (although really we didn’t need much because it was well communicated with check in!) I would definitely stay here again and recommend the home to others! Thanks for sharing this beautiful property with us!

Family Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay. We watched movies, swam, watched Astros, grilled, played catch in the backyard and relaxed. The home was clean and tidy. Jay was quick on his response. We couldn’t get the master bedroom TV or the TV with the two Twin beds to work properly even after changing the remote control batteries. Other than, we would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others.

Great everything

Everything was perfect Jay let us check in early. The house was completely completely spotless. All the photos that I saw on the site matched exactly the way it was location was great. It was literally minutes to the airport. Shopping is closed. Restaurants are close. We couldn’t have been more pleased. It was myself and my three adult children. We would absolutely stay there again once again Jay was an amazing host

JUST BOOK IT

Everything is as pictured. Beautiful property, they did a really great job with the reno. Stunning. Great for a group of friends (we were a group of 7 for my 40th birthday). However, already planning to return with my family as it would be great for a family get-together. Jay is super accommodating and responsive; we could not have asked for a better host. I would give 10 stars if I could! You will have an amazing time.

The absolute best find in WPB!! BOOK IT!

Where do I even begin … I am so happy to have found this gorgeous home! Pictures just don’t do it justice. The second I walked in, I felt home. There were PLENTY of toiletries, spices, utensils, detergents, pots, pans, even serving dishes and decorative ones! It truly felt like I was at home, and we plan to come back often. We’ve told so many people of it already! Safe neighborhood, convenient to docks, gyms, grocery stores, restaurants - you name it. Jay and his wife have been the most lovely of hosts & we are so grateful!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Home . . . Amazing Host!

Comfortable, immaculately clean home which was well equipped and beautifully decorated (luxury details throughout!). The kitchen was the perfect gathering spot for our family, as were the patio and the outdoor dining area. Jair saw to our every need and was incredibly responsive when we had questions. He went above and beyond by checking in with us to make sure we were doing well. He even made a special trip to the house when we struggled with the Smart TV in advance of the Super Bowl. Thanks, Jair . . . we had an incredible time in your beautiful home!

Amazingly a beautiful place

My husband & I stayed at this amazing home for a week with 2 other couples who are our neighbors. One couple had never taken a trip without their kids…we loved the pool for relaxing, hot tub & the house was stunning! We are St. Louis Cardinal fans, went to Spring training at Roger Dean & Ballpark at West Palm which were both 20 minutes from the house. Went into Ft. Lauderdale, Lauderdale by the Sea, pompano Beach but loved the house, patio, play cards & relax!! The couch was a little low for us old folk & pillows in the bedrooms were soft but we use memory foam but other than that…it was amazing! Grocery stores, liquor stores all very close too! Jay communicated excellently, any question he replied within the hour. Thank you for your hospitality & look forward to coming back another time!!

Wonderful house with very nice pool and garden

The house is extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. The contact with the landlord was perfect, always friendly and very eager. Minor problems were solved excellently and furiously fast. A large living room leads into the equally large kitchen, which is fully equipped. From the living room and the kitchen you have a wonderful view of the beautiful pool with sunbeds and the huge garden. A great shaded seating area with super grill invite you to barbeque. Also a whirlpool is not missing. The bedrooms are large and like the entire house perfectly furnished. The bathrooms are perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, also a modern laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available. Air conditioners provide comfort in all rooms, bathrooms and kitchen at all times. Dear Jair, we will be happy to come back!

Make sure you buy insurance

I searched area properties for 2 months and this property was a dream property for my 2 grand daughters - their parents and 2 70 year olds. It is very close to the airport, but it is a 15-20 minutes drive to larger cities. We were in town for 4 night for a wedding weekend and had limited time at the lovely, pristine home. Jay and I communicated, and I shared pictures of us enjoying his home. We were delighted with everything until we checked out and were told we had cracked the screen on the hot tub. (There was another minor claim for the fabric on a headboard which i did accept responsibility) I texted Jay about how to adjust the hot tub screen as we had trouble making the arrows go up or down. My son in law believes it was cracked before we got there. I am certain this will be fixed.

Thanksgiving 2023

This year we decided to visit family in Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday. Rather than stay in a hotel, as we had a large contingent traveling (7 people in total requiring at least 4 rooms), we decided to give VRBO an opportunity. After much research we chose this location. Our trip was wonderful. The accommodations are great and wonderfully located (we know the area well as we all lived in the area at one time or another). From the time you enter the home you know you are on vacation and that your stay will be comfortable. All the amenities you should want are available; tile floors throughout, a beautiful new kitchen with new appliances throughout, a massive kitchen island and dining area, 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms (full), a full sized laundry room, a pool, firepit, jacuzzi tub, etc. We had children, teens, and adults. All were comfortable and the home had plenty of room for 7 people to move about without bumping into one another constantly. The main living area has a large seating area and a massive TV for all to enjoy. The bathrooms are all updated and there is no shortage of hot water for showers with the on demand hot water system. The owner has thought about many of the modern wants and desires and implemented them. The owners themselves, though we did not meet, are wonderful, easily approachable, and very accommodating. They respond in real time to any inquiries and are very thoughtful. Truly a great experience.
