"Charlie's by the Bay" Unit 4

Charlie's two-bedroom is a newly renovated 2nd-floor apartment in downtown New Baltimore. The apartment offers 980 sq ft for a comfortable stay with two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a queen-sized bed & smart TVs. The living room and kitchen are open areas with a workstation desk that can be used sitting or standing. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and has private laundry.

Modern beach vibe with open concept in downtown New Baltimore, Mi. Great for adults or kids.

New Baltimore is a quiet, safe, and fun little town. Charlie's is located downtown and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, beaches, shopping, and a kid's playground. New Baltimore also offers a farmers market every Sunday and several seasonal festivals.

Street parking only and walking distance to downtown.
One dog under 50 lbs. Always be housebroken, well-behaved, on a leash, and not alone in the unit, curbed every time. Please keep off all of the furniture.

Great place to stay in a wonderful little town

Look forward to staying here again! The apartment was very clean, located in a great neighborhood where I didn’t have to worry about my boat at night and the host was super helpful with any questions I had.

Downtown New Baltimore

We stayed for a week to attend a wedding and Charlie’s had everything we needed! Beautiful place, excellent accommodations, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Also, great communication from host, Gina. We’ll be back!

Spent a great month at the apartment. Very comfortable and right in the heart of New Baltimore. Walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful Lake St Clair. Very well equipped and host was always responsive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

As always it was a good stay. This was our 4th or 5th time staying at this location but the first upstairs. We enjoyed it. I would recommend Charlies by the bay

Home away from Home

All who visited me commented how nice and comfortable it is. It was always a pleasure to return after a full day out. The fresh water air from close proximity to bay is always refreshing. Being two short blocks from park… and water… made for an enjoyable walk and rest on one of many benches there. This was my third time at this location.

Perfect and has everything

They thought of everything from dish detergent to laundry detergent. Even beach toys for our kids. Grill looked like it had never been used. Perfect layout and nice appliances

4th stay at Charlies by the Bay and always a great experience. First time in the upstairs 2 bedroom unit and both units are great! Gina is more than accommodating, helpful and quick to respond if the need arises. Close to quaint downtown shopping and great restaurants as well as a beautiful park on the lake. We’ll be back!! ❤️

New Baltimore fun

The property is very nice and clean inside. The property has fun little extras that my family enjoyed. Games and beach toys and a wagon to drag all of our stuff down to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
