Beautifully restored home three blocks from Downtown Celina Square
Come experience Downtown Celina in a truly unique way. This home sits just 3 blocks from Celina Square and is an easy walk to the best Restaurants, Breweries and Wineries that Celina has to offer. The home has been fully restored and offers 3 beautiful bedrooms, an open concept living area and a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. You will love spending your nights under the stars around our amazing fire pit.
Downtown Celina has a long list of phenomenal restaurants such as the food networks favorite Tender Smokehouse, Lucy's on the Square, The Toasted Walnut, Bongo Beaux's and so many more. After dinner go visit Rollertown Beerworks, Valley Vines, the Carmela Winery or my personal favorite The Little Wooden Penguin. If you haven't visited downtown Celina lately then you are in for a huge surprise.
Great location - a short walk to the square with shopping. House is well stocked with quality furnishings and kitchen accoutrements. If Iâm ever in Celina again I wonât hesitate to book here.
Very clean, comfortable and walking distance to the sweet little town square. Well outfitted home & owner is quick to respond. Appreciate that she helped us add a night when Vrbo wasnât able to. Would recommend!
We didnât get a chance to hang out there because of family activities that took place in the Gunter area. However, the house was very comfortable, clean and cozy. If we were in the area again, we would stay here in s heartbeat!
Driving from Michigan to Celina area to join family for Thanksgiving.
This adorable home gave us our own place and space
Coziness to relax and was very user friendly.
Our 2 dogs also enjoyed it!
The location was perfect - within walking distance to an adorable town square
Also within driving distance to any needs or wants you might have
Loved looking up at the lit water tower each evening and enjoyed the rumble of an occasional train
I usually fly in for a couple of days for a quick fix with my 3 granddaughters but should I drive again for an extended stay I would definitely rebook this charmer
Les points faibles : Emplacement et exactitude de lâannonce
Not worth the money
From the time I opened my car door to get out I immediately had to step over a brick used for separating the yard from the driveway. The stepping stone pathway and difficult for short legged people. The steps going up to the porch are wobbly and appeared cracked
The front porch boards are uneven and bow easily. A handrail should be placed. Inside the house the doors reminded me of a wacky shack being uneven. The patio door latch didnât work. The house doesnât appear in person as it did in the pictures. I visit Celina frequently abut I wonât stay here again.
Great experience! Town is super cute. Easy check in check out. Only thing that could have been better is that the dishwasher was fully loaded so we did not know if the dishes were cleaned. Load of towels were left in washer. Fire alarm beeped all night because it needed batteries.
So grateful to have found a lovely listing in close proximity to our church and family home for our wedding. The groomsmen had a comfortable stay and were able to get to and from all of the events with ease.
Our group enjoyed our stay. Very clean. We could have enjoyed a bit better without the 3 very loud trains that were very close. It was an unpleasant surprise Otherwise, just as described.
This was perfect for our staycation during our house refurb. Great location, cute little house; and Holly was amazing! Thanks so much for accommodating us!
From initial booking through check out the communication was excellent. The property was as pictured in the listing, super cute! The bed was super comfy and had everything you need. The location was close to everything in town. I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.
The property is updated and every room is very nice. You are within walking distance of the small downtown area and there are several good restaurants. There is a train that rolls very close by throughout the day and early in the morning. That is the only downside to this property but not a huge deal.
We loved staying at the firefly for an extended period of time. It is close to everything! We could even walk to the square for Friday night market. It was decorated perfectly and very clean. The backyard was cozy and nice for lounging on a nice day.
This home was very nice and very clean. Nicely decorated. You can tell the owner put alot of work and thought into renovations. It is a lovely little home. Train track very close but we weren't bothered. Homes to side and behind this home are somewhat unkept but again we weren't bothered by noise or anything else. This is a sweet little home and we would consider staying there again.
The house was super cute and clean but I wouldnât recommend staying there if you have kids.
My fault, but when I booked it, I didnât realize it was a mobile home, so while simply walking, it sounded like a stamped. You could also hear every single car that drove by and the neighbors talking through the walls.
There was also a train, that seemed to run through the area, very often and makes sure to honk its horn multiple times, this woke the baby up over and over again, even with a sound machine on.
Overall, I think it would have been fine if it was just my husband and I, t it was definitely rough with the kids.

We live on an amazing farm in Celina with our huge family and our 49 animals. We have absolutely fallen in love with Celina and have fully embraced country living.
It was an unbelievable opportunity for us and out best friends to own another home in historic downtown Celina. The square has grown so much over the past several years and people are starting to take notice. With amazing restaurants, wineries and breweries like Tender Smokehouse, Papa Gallo's, The Little Wooden Penguin, Rollertown Beerworks, Valley Vines in so many more opening every year it was the perfect opportunity for us to turn one of our downtown homes into a vacation rental.
We absolutely love the front and back porches and find it unbelievably relaxing to sit out at night and a place where you can actually still see stars. We've had phenomenal conversations with our kids leaving phone and technology inside just sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the view of the magically lit iconic Celina water tower.
Downtown Celina is full of unexpected culinary surprises. You may know of many of the places that I have already mentioned in some of my other comments like Tender Smokehouse and The Little Wooden Penguin but I'm going to tell you a few local favorites that are not to be overlooked. Two of my family's favorite places may also be the most unassuming. Jimbo's Pizza is just west of the square and it is phenomenal. This is not franchise garbage Pizza, look at their menu and order their specialty items, they are out of this world.
My family's absolute favorite place though is also the one which you would never guess. This is the most unassuming restaurant you will ever find. If you enter in to downtown Salina on the far south side at Preston road and business 289 you will undoubtedly pass by a 7-Eleven. Right next to the 7-Eleven there's a place called Celina Asian Bistro. Their Sushi is amazing... AMAZING. I'm a believer that you cannot get good sushi in a small town... except for this place. I am a sushi lover and will fully recognize that grocery store sushi is all garbage ND you usually get what you pay for... but I assure you that this place is different. We lovingly call this place "Gas Station Sushi" but I don't think they know that. This is not the kind of place that you go and eat at for the experience, pick it up and eat it around the fire pit. If you pass by this place you would probably laugh and say it looks gross because it's by a gas station. But I beg you not to sleep on Celina Asian Bistro AKA "Gas Station Sushi"... You will love it! Send me an email after and let me know what you think.
