When putting up groceries we found a needle stuck inside one of the cabinets in the kitchen. As a family with 2 children we felt extremely unsafe. The host told my husband he was "acting like a Karen" because we were choosing to leave and not stay. All of that said, there were other factors as well that played into our decision to leave. The needle was the one we just couldn't look past. We left and did NOT get a refund for our stay. Through my interactions with the host and the owner I do not recommend staying at this property or any others they might own.
From check-in to getting around to check-out, everything about our stay was so easy and relaxing. Lin was in communication with me from the morning of our check-in and throughout the stay and even after to answer a question I had. The location is only two blocks from Bathhouse Row, so there is no reason to really need to fight traffic and parking...just walk right up. If you turn right and walk just a couple of blocks (rather than left toward downtown), you can get to Reserve Trail and off you go! Walking to the Farmer's Market was just as easy. Overall, a very good experience.
This was a cute older home. It was very clean. No central AC but had 3 window units that kept it very comfortable. It has an antique feel, but it was very accommodating for our one night stay. Great location within walking distance to downtown.
Location was excellent for our visit to Hot Springs. Close to the National Park, restaurants, and the Convention Center. Everything was as described. We would/will definitely stay there again...if its available!
Just a few blocks from BHRcould easily walk there in about 10m or less. Can see the old rehabilitation hospital from the front porch. Our host Lin was very responsive & attentive to our family 1 bath - 1 bedroom with a door 2nd bedroom is the living room (front room) with no door. It does have small love seat, that our youngest claimed as her own bed.3 AC units are throughout the homeEach bedroom has one & common area.Washer & dryer was a save for our crew since it was a downpour on the way to HS! We parked our giant sprinter van up the hill behind the house with no problem! The driveway can be deceiving at times. We would stay again if our family came back to HS to enjoy the downtown life at a very reasonable price

My review
We arrived on Wednesday the 21st. The grass was almost knee high in the back where you entered. We got in and I went to the bathroom where there was a dirty washcloth laying behind the door. So we unpacked and needed a glass of tea. One ice tray in the freezer and it had cracks in it. There was 4 ice cubes for our tea. We went on the front porch, which was the best of the whole place, and the front yard looked like the back. NOT CUT! My husband went to turn on the air by the washer and dryer and his shoes stuck to the floor. There was a big sticky place in front of the washer and dryer. I contacted the manager/cleaning lady and was told they would get everything fixed. Oh, the tv was messed up in the bedroom too. So they supposedly fixed the tv, (still didnt work right) and left a rug to put in front of the washer&dryer. The washcloth was not picked up. We left a day before we were suppose to leave. All i can say is, its up to you if you want to rent this place, but they will never see me again.
My friend and I were very happy to find this space so laid back and arty. We liked having our separate spaces, but we loved the big front porch! Also, we walked to everything from here. Great location - quiet street! The staff were so thoughtful and attentive. We recommend this place.
Quaint little place that is close to historic down town! We enjoyed our stay! We really enjoyed the big front porch, and a nice screened in back sitting area. No comolaints!
The location can't be beat - walking distance to everything. Beds were comfortable - even the sofa bed. The property had everything we needed for our long weekend stay.
We wanted to spend a couple of days just experiencing Hot Springs. This was a perfect location to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. From the outside itâs an older house but very nice and clean inside. The street seemed safe to walk to town. The host was very responsive and accommodating! I would definitely recommend!
This is the perfect spot for downtown Hot Springs. The parking was easy and the apartment was spacious and clean. Frank and Lin were amazing hosts and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even made a special trip to leave extra toiletries and coffee. They were very accommodating when our trip was extended and worked with us to stay an additional day. We will definitely stay here again!
The place is exactly like the pictures. There were no surprises! Close to Bath House Row, but away from the 'noise'. The host was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.
We were happy to be able to park our car and walk everywhere once we arrived in Hot Springs. We appreciated all the great recommendations we were given!
Great place, perfect size! Everything you need and nothing you donât. Loved the proximity to Bathhouse Row and walked into town twice every day. Iâll be back!
Older but very nice duplex. The neighborhood seemed safe, with the exception of the place across the street. It seemed alittle sketchy . We loved how close it is to down town, we walked down it is so close. It was nice having separate room for the kids but still being together in the same place. And it was great to be able to come back to the house and rest between outings. The host was great. Very friendly and accommodating.
Located in beautiful charming downtown Hot Springs historic arts district walkable just 2 blocks to bathhouse row. Newly remodeled, super clean, sparkling and cute!
