With the shades up, the light-filled home allows you to bathe in sunlight while the expansive windows frame a picturesque setting from nearly every room. Enjoy breathtaking scenes across Doe Bay or watch others sharing in a game of croquet or cornhole on the lawn.

Stay connected… if you like… Il Cheto boasts state-of-the-art, in-home streaming and entertainment options with upgraded wireless hardware for enhanced island connectivity. Enjoy the option of watching your favorite programming in separate rooms for the times when being away keeps you together! Both entertainment areas are brought to life through Sonos audio systems. Or if you desire, listen to your playlist or podcast by syncing all Sonos devices across the house. Simply download the Sonos S1 app to your phone and choose “connect to an existing system”.

If you prefer to unplug, the tastefully decorated home offers numerous areas to relax. The living room is a lovely gathering area with a fireplace and plenty of cozy seating for the perfect place to lounge. Adirondack chairs and additional outdoor seating enable guests to experience the view from anywhere on the property.

In the kitchen, gather around the peninsula or help the cook use the well-equipped appliances. If someone in your party wants to try their hand as the grill master, move the fun to the outdoor patio and dine al fresco (grill master not included).

This family-friendly property sleeps up to nine guests. The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable king-sized bed and generous closet. The middle bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a private entrance to the house. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds and plenty of built-in storage. The main house guests share a full bath with ample storage. The additional bunkhouse includes a queen-sized bed and another full-sized bathroom.

The media room provides a fold out futon with full-sized mattress for additional sleeping accommodations.

The utility room, equipped with brand new front-loading washer and dryer, is conveniently located right off the patio, making it easy to clean up after a day at the beach. The utility room is also equipped as a half bath.
