This is the 2nd time we stayed here for or annual girls trip and it never disappoints! Easy check in and out, plenty of room and great views! Very clean and comfy spot and close to town! The owner is very responsive to messages and we recommend this for your next stay!

Perfect Ski Condo!

This unit is way nicer than the pictures. Super clean, awesome layout, and great taste in design. Location was awesome as well with a great view of the slopes and convenient shuttle service!

Second time

We stayed last year for a weekend girls trip and had an amazing time. We booked again this year and everything was just as great. The host is easy to work with and it is close to the Holiday Valley pools and a quick $8 Uber ride into town!

Breathtaking views

Close to everything EVL has to offer, mountain coaster, chairlift, hiking, food. Very comfortable and homey.

Fall colors getaway.

On the Holiday Valley resort, but secluded from the crowds. Tucked into a little wooded area with nice fall colors and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. A remodeled unit. Very comfortable. We really enjoyed our weekend in EVL!

Highly recommend!

This was our third annual girls trip for the Holiday valley mud run and best place we have stayed and will be re booking! Easy check in and exit process, very clean and super cute place! Two balconies, great view and amenities! Very close to town and holiday valley resort. Jill was great and even allowed us to check in early!

Wedding weekend

The property was clean, comfortable, recently updated. Two small decks off the back scenic and overlook the woods. Two sets of stairs to access either of the bathrooms or bedrooms, so be sure mobility isn't an issue for anyone in your group. Easy parking.

Perfect Location & Amenities

First, thank you Jill for a amazing stay. This townhouse is very private in comparison to others. Fantastic "cozy' feel with lots space. Stellar clean and views. I didn't want to leave it, just felt like home. 5 star business owner! communication and commitments. I'll be back in the future.

A Beautiful Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful. The house smelled brand new and it was absolutely spotless upon entering. My group and I stayed just one night, but I wish it was more. You are extremely close to the village and the slopes are in eye view from the balcony. We had a fun night playing classic games that were offered. It was overall a great experience and I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the winter. The host was very helpful with any questions we had which made the trip so much easier. I was able to relax and not worry as much as I usually do on these trips. The host recommended Villaggios to us, and now I am going to recommend it to anyone traveling to Ellicottville. The food was exquisite. We had just a few minor issues. The fridge would not chill so we ended up having to freeze our left over food so it wouldn't go bad. We were every so often opening the fridge door but even after turning the fridge down a notch it ended up getting warmer instead of cooler. The freezer worked great and saved the day! The sliding door in the living room balcony got off the track quite a few times but it was an easy fix. The downstairs bathroom door was quite difficult to close and required some force to get it shut and locked for privacy. The pictures do make it seem that the bunk beds are two twins and two fulls, but they were all twins. That could have just been my eyes deceiving me. The home itself was so beautiful and so well put together that the minor stuff did not really matter. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and I am 100% positive you will too!

Great weekend! This property is exactly as described.... beautifully appointed, great spaces, and cozy atmosphere for family get-togethers or ski getaways.Would definitely stay again if headed back to Ellicottville.

Great Experience

It was nice to be back in a North American VRBO where the owner thought about the guest experience. Property was clean, lots of little thoughtful things like tea, coffee, sugar etc. It was too warm to use the wood fireplace but it was a nice feature. I would stay here again for sure.

Summer weekend

The condo was very clean and modernly decorated. The location was amazing being so close to the hill and a short distance to the town. The host was accomodating and easy to deal with and we never had any issues. Will definitely be back!!

A wonderful property across from Holiday Valley. Great property for a small group of friend, had all the amenities we needed for at home potlucks. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect Fit

Our family was in town for a reunion and this rental was a perfect fit. Relaxing and clean space that checked all the boxes. An added bonus was being close to Main Street for easy access to food and shops. Would definitely recommend this location.

Lovely Townhouse

Hillside Hideaway is a comfortable, cozy place to visit. Really nice views of Holiday Valley ski area just out the window. The check-in and check-out processes were simple, and when we had a question for the owner, she responded quickly. The place was roomy enough for our family of five plus two grandparents. Highly recommend!

Location, cleanliness, and comfort!

We have stayed at numerous ski rentals. This rental was perfect for 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 teens). It was so clean, organized and had a ton of closet room. We loved how we could be together on one floor and talk (living room, kitchen and dining area). The bedrooms downstairs were perfect. Our teens were fine with the bunks- but it could be a bit high for younger children (small rails). The loft bedroom hears all noise in living room (which was fine with us bc we went to bed and got up at the same time). However- they also heard the party next door until 5:30 am. To be fair- It was new years weekend so that could have been the problem. Speaking of New Years- the condo is the best for HV celebration and fireworks!! We would stay again for sure!
