The views from this property are second to none. Unbelievable sunrises, and beautiful moon views at night. Located within 5 minutes of downtown, and 2 minutes from The Club at Lake Sinclair & Dollar General and the remodeled Bass Boat RampThis is the perfect spot for a getaway or staying in town for an event. The house can sleep up to 6 adults (2 queens and 1 king size bed). Perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining on the deck or dock. Nice fire pit for with seating all around. Excellent views of the water and nearby sandbar for hanging out on the water, across from an island with beachfront space- perfect to boat or kayak over to for afternoon fun. There are lots of amenities you'll find you may need for a short-term stay, including a pack-n-play to lighten your packing load. Additionally, for the hot-natured, or white noise lovers we have large floor fans in each room! Itâs a quiet area with big water views. Enjoy the space with kayaks and paddle boards on site. Plus a Rubber Dockie that will entertain the kids for hours.
We had the best weekend at Lake Sinclair (me, husband, two adult sons and our doggie). Driving to the house we saw deer everywhere, pulled into the driveway and I was speechless. The view⊠it is breathtaking! Launched our boat at Anchors marina (5 launch fee and only two minutes from the house). Caught a huge catfish from the boat dock which is very nice and an easy walk from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and Kroger is just a short drive away. Enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen and also the charcoal grill on the porch. The weather forecast predicted rain all weekend, but we lucked out. It was mostly overcast and comfortable. Jumped in the lake and our dog went swimming for the first time. We have stayed at Lake Sinclair a few times and this property is by far our favorite. Best âDamâ View⊠Best âDamâ Weekend!!!
The view is gorgeous! The house is quaint and adorable with very comfortable beds. Although there are houses on each side of the property, the foliage makes you feel secluded. We saw a lot of deer and caught a bunch of fish. It was exactly what we hoped for! Can't wait to return!
Me and my family had a wonderful time. The view is amazing, the fire pit was so cozy, and the house was super cute and comfortable. We canât wait to stay again!
This was an perfect getaway for us. We had a week long vacation full of wonderful views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host (Christa) was also great. She responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful.
This home is in a great location in relation to downtown Milledgeville and stores on 441. A very cozy living room and bedrooms. You won't mind relaxing in if the weather is not cooperating. A very user friendly kitchen with a duel Kurig coffee maker. The sunrise is an hour long color show that is just stunning!
All the folks had a great time. Beautiful view of the lake and wildlife. Fishing not so great but it was a relaxing 4 nights. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.
Such a beautiful property!! The house was very comfortable and had everything you need. We loved waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise over the lake. The dock was great for fishing and the fire pit was awesome! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
First time this location and everything was great. Loved the location house and dock. We rent a lot at Sinclair and this house will be in our rent again list and a favorite.
This property was clean had a great view of the lake and very comfortable. The bedrooms and kitchen were well furnished. We fished off the dock which had chairs and was very well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Clean and perfect for a quick get away weekend.
The yard was well kept
Absolutely loved my morning view with a cup of coffee.
Kitchen is well equipped. Pet friendly â€ïž
Great setup for small family. We enjoyed the cabin, especially the views and large yard. There was ample parking close to the house. We brought our crew cab truck and 20 ft bass boat, and had no problem turning around and parking. It was close enough to the cabin to charge boat batteries with an extension cord. It was easy to park the boat at the dock when on the water, and an accessible boat ramp was only 3 minutes away at Anchors Marina. The lake was very clean and had minimal boat traffic.
We are both native Georgians and we both grew up spending time at lakes Sinclair and Oconee. It was my (Christa) dream to create memories for my children spending summers on the lake - as I loved it so much growing up. We recently got our Lakehouse on Sinclair in 2021 and we are so excited to share it with others when we cannot be there ourselves. We pray blessings over everyone who stays in our home :)
