Our apartment has a very unique style thanks to the amazing and creative Karwell Design.

When you open the door you will be amazed with this beautiful loft!

The bedroom area and comfy King bed have a strong character. Sleep in perfect comfort and wake to the beauty of the Fort Worth cityscape.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances and a wide, large counters.

The dinning table or kitchen isle with stools? Your choise! Here, couples can enjoy cozy dinners, while business travelers can check off tasks on their laptops.

The living area is relaxed and comfortable, with a sofa that turns into a comfy bed, armchair, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. And the large windows fill the room with natural light!

The bathroom has a fabulous rain shower and tub. Kkick-start your mornings and relax in the evenings! The facilities are spotlessly clean, and essential toiletries are thoughtfully provided.

Trinity Metro Station is 0.3 mi from our location. You can take the TRE to get to DFW airport or Dallas from here!

Great place and super convenient for the area. Surprisingly quiet even during busy weekend evenings.Stayed here for a convention center event, but really want to go back for the proximity of dinning options and night life fun.Recommend researching the parking garages closer as that was the most difficult part, but that’s to be expected for downtown venues.

I was honestly not expecting the property to be as clean as it was, but it looked fantastic. The provided videos and instructions from the host made check in and check out seamless. The host also responded to every query in a timely manner.My only constructive feedback would be to install an overhead fan in the bed area, as the air doesn't flow a lot there (fan-on sleepers like me, this will be your only struggle of the stay!)Was super fun and I expect we'll stay here again

This was an excellent place to stay for the Christmas Holidays. Walking distance to so many places in Downtown Fort Worth. The loft was super clean and nicely decorated, I felt like I was home. Communication with the owner was one of the best I've had. Would definitely recommend!

Nice location next to Sundance Sq. A lot of activities close, with an abundance of restaurants. Parked at 777 parking garage, 25.00 daily, short walk from the building. Building access was dicey, the keypad out front took numerous attempts to work. The communication with the manager was always responsive. There were several items in the unit that did not work and overall the cleanliness was subpar, with buildup of dust in several places. Sent pictures to manager and was notified there would be a better process moving forward for future guests, unfortunately not during our stay. Would we stay in the building again, most likely.

This is a great apartment in the heart of Sundance Square. There are tons of restaurants and shops and venues within a very easy walking distance. The loft had everything we needed and we had a great stay. Check in was easy and our host checked in with us a few times before and during our stay.

We loved the location and felt safe while we were there. It included all the amenities as described. It was just steps away from everything and the area was completely walkable. The only complaint I have, and it’s not even on the apartment, is the parking situation. While we knew it was offsite, we were under the impression there was a daily fee but that was not the case. It was basically 25 every time we left if we parked more than 3 hours. That wasn’t something we expected. But again, nothing to do with the owners. The place was perfect for our needs and made our trip amazing in every way.

Great location and well-designed loft. Great layout and decoration. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hosts are very responsive. There were a few issues with the cleanliness, such as chunks of grease left on a pan and stored back in the pots and pans cabinet, and hair in drawers, on the walls, and in the shower of the bathroom. I sent pics to the host and the host apologized. Overall, we would stay here again!!

We loved our stay and would definitely book again. Clean, classy space with a killer location. We had a few issues with the door code but our host was very timely in the communication so it was never an issue. We loved every minute!

Just a few blocks from the convention center in central business district of Fort Worth, so super easy to walk and convenient in general. Kimberly was super responsive, though her job with me was pretty uneventful as there wasnt much to report. I left her one FYI message after seeing a family of long hairs on one shower wall and a few similar individual ones in a couple other bathroom locations. I just sent a couple pics to Kimberly to make her aware of a detail that I know she'd want to know about so she could "fix" it if possible. Her response came couple quick mins later. She offered to send someone over to remove the hairs, which I felt was going over and above the call for such a minor issue. Id already removed the hairs because i didn't feel it warranted someone coming out of their way to handle, but i very much appreciated the offer!

Great stay!!

This was such a cute place to stay. Host was more than accommodating and went above and beyond! The location was pretty amazing for our reason of stay and being only a few blocks away from really anything you could need. We loved having a coffee shop right next door and plenty of resturants in walking distance. We had a rental car for a week and parking was a bit confusing at first but we did find a great parking garage less than 2 blocks away (777 Parking garage) that was pretty reasonable.
