Situated in a gorgeous, gated enclave in The Village of Baytowne Wharf is the community of Le Jardin. This group of townhomes is sure to impress with its cobblestone courtyard, flowing fountain, and manicured garden. In this rental, you’ll find the comforts of home, multiple balconies, and the convenience of a pedestrian village right next door.

This bayside gem is a 3-floor townhome that boasts comfort and relaxation. Cook up a stellar meal in your chef’s kitchen featuring Viking and Subzero appliances, eat a group meal at the breakfast bar or dining table, or open one of the many French doors that all lead to your private front porch and enjoy the Florida weather. With partial views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and lush greenery all around, you’ll sink into Gulf living in no time!

For more comfort, head upstairs to the bedrooms, all of which offer flat screen TVs and balcony access. On the third floor, you’ll find a spacious master suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet for longer stays, and private balcony with views of the courtyard. This sanctuary also offers an ensuite bath with floor to ceiling Carrera marble, glass walk-in shower, separate soaker tub, and double vanity. For your guests or kids, the second floor is where you’ll find two bedrooms that share a common balcony. The first features a queen bed and the second a three full bunked bed. Loved this rental. Restaurants and shopping you can walk to . The shuttle to the beach was very nice. Family members enjoyed the pool and Bayside Golf club. I would rent this again!

This was my families first time staying at this place so it took us a little while to find our way around the Village, especially the pool, but we had an amazing time and would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Great location and perfect space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in the Wharf each year and this is the first time we stayed in these townhomes. The three levels were perfect for our group of 7 giving each their own areas. The parking was amazing as we didn’t have to look for spaces as there were some already allocated. We will definitely look to rent this again as it was a great stay.The space was clean, well stocked, had extra items you may need and the location within the wharf was probably the best.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the gate code that we were given didn't work. We parked elsewhere and went to our condo. It was 85 degrees on the 3rd floor, about that on the second floor and upper 70's on the ground floor. The freezer had not been defrosted in so long, the icemaker was frozen into the ice so that we couldn't get any from the tray. The couches were in need of a good steam cleaning. Otherwise the stay was nice. The beds upstairs were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice too.

Bed slats came off while my mom and daughter were watching tv, dryer wouldn’t dry towels, and freezer was froze up.

* Edit: Morgan, we wanted to respond to this again and update you. The freezer was repaired shortly after your stay as were the bed slats. We do hope you enjoyed your time at the beach. Morgan, thank you for the feedback. We apologize if you had any problems during your stay. We did send our maintenance person out to take care of the freezer and dryer. It seems he was able to unclog the dryer, but could not defrost and repair the freezer during your stay. Unfortunately, we have no control over our third party vendor schedules and were not able to get anyone there during the holiday. We do hope, despite the minor inconveniences, that you enjoyed your time on the Emerald Coast.

Worst Rental Experience

The property, while in need of a little TLC, is in a nice location and has several nice patio and balconies to sit on to enjoy the weather and listen to the fountain. Our stay was impacted by the lack of communication from the rental management company regarding some pretty major safety issues - a gas leak and 8 exterior doors that did not lock. Issues arise all the time but it was the drop off in communication that led us to actually leave early. We did have one helpful person at the mgmt office that was acting as the go between for the property manager, but the property manager trumped her decision making - that property manager was never in contact. I feel badly for the owners of this property as their management company did not represent them well in this situation and they lost a return guest (we own a property closeby and other rental units would have served as great overflow homes when extended family visited).

Thank you, Jill, for sharing your experience and concerns with us. The Okaloosa Gas company did come out and we had a representative accompany them. They ultimately did a leak inspection but did not detect a gas leak which is wonderful news! We do want to make one slight correction, the 8 door locks do work. The handles open the doors from the inside but they do lock from the outside. We appreciate you sharing this information with us because it helps us to know how we need to update our check-in details so that our guests always feel safe in knowing how certain items within a unit work or function. While we are sad you decided to leave early, please know that the communication issues and other concerns you experienced have been addressed and escalated to the appropriate people. Amenities were not working or repaired

Paid for my vacation in full months in advance without any option to cancel. Two days before arrival property manager advised I would not be able to use the stovetop/oven for two days until they are repaired. Two days passed and the stove/oven were never repaired. I was provided a griddle, toaster oven, and hot plate to replace the lack of a stove. Good luck cooking a casserole in a toaster oven, or boiling a pot of water for spaghetti on a hot plate. Property managers continued to apologize but never offered any compensation for the lack of stove/oven. Not to mention the many groceries I purchased planning to have a working stove/oven. And my non-verbal autistic son who struggles in crowded environments with loud noises did not do very well at restaurants. The area is nice, we will go back, but I will never rent from a property managed by “myvacationhaven” ever again. I was told the “CEO” would have to make a decision on the compensation, still waiting. Not happy.

** Jeff, we wanted to follow up to this review response. The items you wrote about were replaced shortly after your stay at the property. We also have in our notes that our company offered you compensation due to the minor inconvenience. We do hope you enjoyed your time on the beach. Jeff, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience the stove and oven caused during your stay. We had unfortunately found a very small gas leak and for safety reasons, were waiting on a part to fix it. While we understand it wasn't ideal, we do hope the items provided to help aid in preparing meals were able to be utilized in some capacity so that you didn't have to rely on restaurants or subject your son to being in crowded environments. We do appreciate you sharing that pain point with us, it helps us to do better. Our staff did deliver cinnamon rolls one morning to offset a breakfast (I hear they looked delicious!) and in an effort to help rectify the situation and acknowledge your concerns, we did offer to relocate to another property but that was declined. However, we are hopeful the compensation given was adequate and apologize that it may have taken longer than expected for a follow up in regards to that decision. While we're sad to hear that the concerns mentioned impacted your stay, we are glad that you enjoyed the general area and plan to come back to such a beautiful part of the country!
