Easy communication. It was clean and comfortable with a nice view. We saw raccoons, deer, and a variety of birds. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property that looks out to the marsh from a screen porch. A little small for 4 people to eat and hang in the living spaces, but everything was clean and all slept well. Would recommend bringing anything for cooking, there is no dawn, foil, etc. Would stay again.

Wedding Trip

This property was beautiful! It was very clean, beds were super comfy, and it’s located in a great location! Before we came down we reached out to the property menagerie to extend our trip (come 1 day early) and they were very accommodating. We also contacted them to extend our trip again and stay an extra day and they were again super accommodating! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful experience at this vacation rental while staying a weekcelebrating my mother’s 91st birthday. The unit was clean and well stocked with all of our needs. It was the quietest rental that we have ever stayed at and we had a great nights sleep while we were there each night. The views of the marsh with the sunrise and sunsets were beautiful! It was our first trip to St Simon’s Island and we will definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Jaden for all of your help finding the perfect rental for a perfect stay!

Very cute place

Love the decor! Beds comfy, we had everything we needed. Pretty area, great location. The AC vent dripped in one of the bedrooms and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. That needs to be seen about then it would be 5-star.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The top bed linens on the twin bed had white dog hair on it to the extent it was on our clothes when sitting on the bed. There were dead roaches on the floor (several) and one was smushed into the floor with dried excrete under it. Everything else was wonderful.

We chose this property for the view, and it did not disapoint. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided. There are no oven safe pans or baking dishes, and only two coffee mugs. The coffee naker had to be jerry rigged to work. Beware check in is off site at opposite end of island.

The pictures on the website doesn’t give the actual place Justice! it’s so beautiful, I took a chance and booked it. I’m so happy I did. I enjoyed my two days there it was wonderful and very memorable. Me and my boyfriend made a pact to book every October!

We loved this place. Everything was easy. Great view of the marsh with wildlife. Short drive to everything. Quite community. The only bad thing which it wasn’t that big of a deal is that the bedrooms were warmer than the living/kitchen area but we just left the bedroom doors open and turned the ceiling fans on, other than that everything was perfect. Also the blow dryer that is supplied is old but still a goody.

We were not notified that we were moved to another property at the last minute. They said they tried notifying us but we received no notice. That was our biggest disappointment.
