Checking was easy very clean 10th floor amazing views saw some stingrays. Very comfy chairs on the patio. Plenty of towels plenty of washcloth. They were floaties there that we used on the beach and chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend
someone needs to check the unit for maintenance issues
1. ice maker not working in freezer, ice trays were left empty by the sink (would have been nice to know this in advance before we drove 6 hours and found out)
2. every lamp in the living room and bedroom were unplugged (outlet behind sofa has no faceplate)
3. kitchen pull out sprayer was hanging down in the sink (i simply moved an obstruction of the weight under the sink)
4. at 10am Friday morning the smoke alarm in the bedroom began chirping ( isn't someone supposed to change those on a 6-12 month basis?) I called maintenance and they took care of it
5. the dials of the burners on the stove have worn off, you have to guess what heat setting you want
6. my wife wanted to take a bath in the master tub only to find there is no stopper for the drain
7. the dryer of the stackable washer/dryer unit has no door pull insert, just a hole in the door, bare metal.
Thank goodness the weather and Gulf water was wonderful during our long weekend.
The condo was very clean and well stocked, easy to access. Parking can be tough in the evening with the construction happening. The bed in the main bedroom is very hard with super flat pillows so be prepared for that. Overall would stay again
