Pretty nice. Except the rooster crowing every morning at 5 am and the fifth bedroom which was a closet off the bathroom which wasn't what I was expected.

The property is nice and neighborhood ok. There were few items that need attention to detail. 1. Loose stones around pool area.2. Pool/hot tub needed severe cleaning. Could not enjoy pool.3. Broken blinds in bedrooms and family room.4. Light out in upstairs bedroom5. Dents in refrigerator 6. Dinning area chair chipped wood/broken7. Tassel missing on table runner8. Ants and small black bugs in kitchen and family room.9. All 4 trash bins completely full. I did not receive check in information until after I arrived and called to request. Additionally I did not receive a valid gate code which caused me some inconvenience. The house again was not terrible just a few touch ups needed and better communication and assistance.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad you found the home and neighborhood pleasant overall, and we're sorry the pool, the small maintenance items, and the check-in and gate-code details fell short. We've walked the property with our team and worked through your list — pool service, blinds, lighting, seating, pest treatment, and trash pickup — and we've tightened up our check-in messaging so codes arrive well before arrival. We appreciate the specifics and would welcome the chance to host you again.

Amazing stay

We had a blast in this beautiful home, everything was super easy going with the host, the communication was super easy and fast. They had everything ready for us and for sure they excided my expectations. The place could fit my family and friends comfortably, this house is perfect for big groups. The location and neighborhood was amazing too, we where able to park in property. And las but not least the place was super clean, bedrooms, restrooms, pool, every little place was spotless and I as a guest really appreciate that.

Nice and clean place to stay

Our family met to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the girls went shopping and the guys rested around the pool. The only problem I saw was that the room where the bunk beds are is actually a walk-in closet and no air. My son tried to sleep there but it was so hot, he moved to the couch and slept there. Other than that, it was great.

Cockroaches everywhere!! Beware the pictures are deceiving, it looks nice and clean on the surface but the house is infested with cockroaches. They are everywhere, on the kitchen counters, in the restrooms, on the hallway walls. We stayed there for 3 nights and killed about 20 roaches during that time. I messaged the host about it and they sent me a cleaning lady to deliver pesticide but that didn’t stop them from coming out. The cleaning lady said it herself that they have mentioned it to the owners but they don’t do anything about it. Just something to keep in mind, I believe it’s very unsanitary and not safe for anyone.

Hi Luis, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the experience you described during your stay. We would like to respectfully clarify that as soon as the concerns were reported, our team immediately coordinated additional cleaning support and took steps to address the situation during the stay. In Texas, especially during warmer months, pest activity can occasionally occur despite regular preventative treatments, particularly after heavy rain or extreme heat. However, we absolutely understand how upsetting and uncomfortable this experience must have felt. We also want to mention that we take cleanliness and pest prevention very seriously, and the property is regularly serviced and maintained. Your feedback has been shared with our team so additional preventative measures and inspections can continue to be implemented. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

My review

The building company was excellent! Very quick and responsive to any issue we had. The house was very clean. My only complaint is i don't think all the remodeling was fully finished. The walls were definitely painted but the woodworking throughout the house was not and the stairs looked like carpet was removed and the edges of the stairs were not covered. The woodworking was chipped, a few pieces missing and either had paint from the walls on it or chipped/worn down. Also the master shower tile work on the floor is not done right because water leaks out the shower door. I am a person who is very big on cleanliness and impressions and I think once they finish these few things are finished there would be no negatives to say on this house. Overall would book again!
