Villas Mar Adentro is located REALLY in front of the sea, no street in front, in Play Negra beach, enjoy the garden and beach, completely new and equipped in a quiet and beautiful place near Puerto Viejo Downtown. Ideal for relax looking the waves and enjoying the tropical breeze of the Caribbean on the hammock.
It has spacious, bright and fresh spaces. Dining and living room facing the terrace with a comfortable queen size sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a large rain shower. It has soft 100% cotton towels and sheets, safe box, Smart TV, 30 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi, private parking, independent entrance and security cameras. The house with Caribbean style and all its equipment are new.
This corresponds to the rent of the Second Floor apartment so there may be other guests on the First Floor. You have the option of renting both floors.
The host lives in a separate house on the property. You will always have the attention of the host for whatever you need. Fenced garden, laundry and bicycles available.

Little paradise

Very nice place, appartement very confortable, just a little noisy with the street and the motos . Nice sea but not for swimming, waves are too big.I will keep good memories of this place.

Beach holiday

We absolutely loved our stay and the property is immaculate and very modern and comfortable. The kitchen is very clean. It was very easy to communicate with the host who lives on the property in a separate dwelling. He was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the ability to do our laundry there. I was able to hang up my hammock which was great.

Playa Negra beach front

Location was great....right on the beach. House and parking were secured. It was a little over a mile to the town with all of the shops and restaurants. Needed to have/buy my own coffee, spices, etc for cooking. The large open screened windows and breeze and ceiling fans kept temps comfortable enough without A/C IMO, although I wanted and liked it warm. Reasonable price for what is offered.

Great location, reasonably priced.

We stayed at this rental for four nights. We found it mostly as advertised. It's as close to the beach as it looks. Walking down that particular beach to town is a bit harder that it appears on a map. The surf can come right up to the trees, making long walks more difficult. We same there, but it's not as nice a swimming beach as some of the beaches south of town. We had three adults, which was a bit tight for this unit, since the 2nd bed is pull out couch. It was fine. There's a public beach very nearby, so the owner leaves no chairs, hammocks or the like near the beach. That's a bit inconvenient, but not a big deal. Luciano was easy to find insight, and easy to communicate with. I might stay closer to town, if I were to do it again; on the other hand, town is very noisy, and I would have missed sitting on the porch overlooking the water, hearing the sound of the waves, and watching the birds go by.

Beautiful House oceanfront

Luciano is easy to communicate with and helps with all our requests. Step by step instructions for entry. We are in the top floor of the house. Elegant and simplistic design. Lovely front sliding doors that open up the whole front room looking out over the ocean. Love listening and watching the ocean or sitting on the beach. We are able to do laundry if we ask. We have access to 2 bikes if we ask. Ask for the beach hammock, it is my favorite spot late afternoon. Well manicured yard. There is a lot of love put into the place. Very secure. This place is within walking distance to Puerto Viejo Talamanca via the beach.

Had a fabulous time - highly recommended!

One of the things we liked the best was listening to the waves hitting the beach as we fell asleep to nature's rhythm . The place was new, fresh, spotlessly clean, had a high level of security (including a fenced-in area for our car), and a practically private beach well away from the crowds.
