DETAILS: The Salty Dog is a luxurious 4–bedroom, 4.5–bathroom Gulf-front home that sleeps 12. Located along the shores of beautiful Inlet Beach, this gorgeous home has upper–level living spaces to take full advantage of Gulf views and 2 balconies. An elevator makes stocking the kitchen a breeze and helps tired legs after a full day’s adventure along 30A.

White shiplap walls lend a beach feel to the first floor. Guests staying in the bunk nook, which has 2 twin–over–twin bunk beds, will enjoy a view of the dune walkover and have quick access to the beach. Guests pass a shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo and the elevator before reaching a wet bar with a mini-fridge and a door leading to private beach access.

On the second floor, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms enjoy dazzling Gulf views. A crisp blue and white guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo at the stair landing. A second guest bedroom with a queen bed enjoys incredible views of the dune walkover and the Gulf and utilizes the shared hallway bathroom. A third guest bedroom is decorated in soothing shades of cream that don’t compete with the view of dunes and the deep blue of the Gulf. A private bathroom has a shower only.

Living spaces are located on the third floor for those sweeping Gulf views. Slipcovered sofas are surrounded by floor–to–ceiling windows and 2 built-in bookcases. Pieces of natural coral, jute ottomans, and wicker baskets provide visual texture and balance the pecky cypress ceiling. The adjacent kitchen has an oversized marble-topped island that seats 5 and contains a wine chiller. White cabinets conceal a premium refrigerator and dishwasher. A rough-hewn dining table sits beneath a chandelier woven with natural fibers in a nook with incredible Gulf views. Glass doors open to a balcony in front of the table. Enjoy warm breezes and look for dolphins while sipping morning coffee, or toast one of the Emerald Coast’s glorious sunsets.

A primary bedroom fills the fourth floor. Filled with shades of white, cream, and baby blue, the bedroom has a king bed and a sitting area that enjoys floor–to–ceiling Gulf views. Watch the waves crash from the private bathroom’s glass-enclosed shower or soaking tub. A delightful, bubble–inspired chandelier and dramatic artwork add a bit of fun to the space. The bedroom opens onto a private balcony with incredible views of the beach. Relax and indulge the senses while reclining on an outdoor daybed.
