First and foremost, I want to assure you that our property is meticulously prepared for each guest. Our groundskeeper thoroughly washed down all outdoor areas before your arrival, and we also conduct a detailed cleaning inside the house. Given our proximity to the marsh, lake, and surrounding woods, it's not uncommon for insects to find their way into the area, especially during certain times of the year. We do our best to manage this naturally occurring situation, but we will certainly review our pest control measures to ensure our guests feel comfortable. Regarding the noise complaint, our property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that alert us when levels exceed a certain threshold. Additionally, our neighbors reported noise that evening. We understand that the sound of the waves can be loud, but these measures are in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. As for the utensils and cleaning supplies, we apologize if these were not adequately stocked. We will review our inventory procedures to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Finally, the TV in the basement is equipped for guest use, but as with many streaming services, you do need to log in with your own account credentials to access Netflix, Prime, and other services.
